It is a fraud company. They are stealing the money from the customers!

took my money, lied about getting the blanket to me several times before offering another blanket instead. make big deal about giving refund until i went to consumer protection

Absolutely amazing blanket! Changed my sleep from the first night! It honestly feels like you're hugged through the entire night. I wish I knew about weighted blankets sooner. Just incredible product!

I bought a spare cover for my therapy blanket. Because I live in Highlands, despite being on the UK mainland I was charged more for postage than the cost of the cover - around £30. I can understand this for the weighted therapy blanket itself, but there must be a cheaper option for just the cover.

Also, cover choice was limited with many colours ”out of stock”.

Products are great, really well made, and delivery was quick. But when I purchased recently, there didn't seem as much choice, as I suspect there has been in the past.

I agreed on an exchange, I haven’t heard from anyone in over a week. Previously, communication was extremely quick and consistent, until I sent my item back for the exchange (at a very high cost) and since then I have heard nothing. Be careful with this company if you have ANY issues at all.

Very good quality blanket, and works very well. Excellent service. Ordered Sunday received Tuesday morning. Thinking of getting another one. Only problem was a lack of colours and sizes

Fabulous weighted blanket. Does exactly as it says. Quick delivery process, colour exactly as stated. A cover for the blanket , a free pillowcase, and a cooling effect for the summer .

Not even had their cover for a week and one of the ties has snapped off under the weight of the blanket. Pretty poor design given it's meant to hold it semi-securely at least. Contacted support and they just told me since I'm using a blanket that isn't their brand they can't help or offer refund.

Delivery was quicker than expected and the 9kg blanket is amazing! A great price and it came with a cover and pillowcase. A highly recommended blanket, I can't understand why it took me so long to get one!

Weight is way better distributed then the blanket I bought from YNM, but it’s still less beads in the middle. You can feel that there is more of them on other places. Stitching is bad in some places and i’m afraid it might get easy destroyed. Massive minus is that you have to pay for return even tho the product is faulty…

Have sent numerous email requesting how to return an item, just get a generic response giving a support ticket number, then nothing further to my questions! There is no phone number to be able to speak to anyone. There are no instructions on the order or invoice to tell you how to return an item, obviously at my own cost, I don’t mind that. Seems very poor practise, wish I’d checked out this company more before I purchased. Probably left now with an unusable item and out of pocket.

Definitely wish i'd brought sooner

I ordered my blanket and it arrived within 2 days. It also wasn't as highly priced as I would have expected. Great value for money and excellent service too. I have fibromyalgia and restless leg syndrome, for the last 3 nights I have slept better than I have in years.

Fast delivery and kept up to date with arrival date. I had already bought a weighted blanket for my grandson and bought this one for my granddaughter. Both love the experience of sleeping under it.
