Online tracking of sale items is great. The biggest issue I've had is the inconsistency between the brands listed online versus what the retail shops will accept. On more than one occasion I made trips to the store only to be told certain designers were not accepted even though they were listed online! This issue really needs to be fixed.

Real real you guys did it , I was traveling on this past Saturday. I purchased my bag the Sunday prior and was worried about my bag being delivered. All went perfectly, thanks and its beautiful.

Great customer service. It was fantastic that I was able to talk with a diamond specialist in the store.

It was great that my item sold. I also purchased from the Real Real website and I am happy with my item.

Got what I bargained for

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. G in Manhasset was super helpful and professional. She managed my expectations re: the process, the pricing and the turnaround time. About 80% of my items sold within the first month of posting, most close to the listing price. Overall, I would definitely recommend The RealReal and use them again.

The shipping rate is ridiculously expensive.

First of they kept the alarm on the Moncler bag I purchased,online customer service told me to go to the nearest store to take it off, went to the store 40min away, they can’t take the alarm off since they don’t have the same equipment to take it off so I had to return it! Mind you I see the restocking fee of $6.95 and I hope they are refunding me the shipping that cost over $15 like they said. I’m never buying from this store ever again! No help & Nothing but problem!

The salesman was excellent. He knew everything about the watch and was extremely informative. It was identical to one I had received as a gift from my exhusband. I gave the original one to my daughter when she got married. I have two daughters and I wanted my other daughter to have this watch so I could treat them equally. It was received when he said it would be. Extremely knowledgable and courteous. This was a wonderful experience. I would buy from this company again with no hesitation.

Drop off was easy and being able to get an extra bump for choosing site credit is nice. Also love the efficiency with which items were posted and how I was notified. As far as purchasing, have loved the products I've received

The person at the Manhasset location was very helpful and sweet. She was by the counter where you want to consign things. She was professional and explained how the process works.
