Positive overall

My P1 arrived after 4 days and works very well. My only criticism of Thermal Master is that they need to work on their communication with the customer. I was worried i was going to have a bad experience as the order was only marks as despatched on the same day the product arrived.

Very poor customer service and extremely frustrating refund process

I ordered a product directly from the Thermal Masters website. About five minutes later I found the exact same item on Amazon, so I immediately emailed to cancel my order.
Despite it only being around six minutes after placing the order, I was told the item had already been shipped and that cancellation was not possible. I was advised to return it once it arrived.
The delivery itself then took around three weeks.
Thermal Masters sent me a return label to print. I sent the item back using Royal Mail Tracked 48, however the parcel was returned to me marked “address unknown.”
I emailed the company multiple times to explain the situation and received no response whatsoever.
Only after I opened a PayPal dispute did I suddenly receive a reply saying they “didn’t know what had happened” and providing another return label.
I sent the item again via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which was successfully delivered. Despite this, three more weeks passed with no refund and no communication.
In the end I had to escalate the case through PayPal, who thankfully issued me with a full refund.
The whole process was unnecessarily difficult, slow and poorly handled. Communication was almost non-existent unless a dispute was raised. Based on this experience I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Update. Tracking number confirms you have received the item 3 days ago.

Do not order from here

I purchased and paid for a T2. After over 2 weeks with no tracking and no follow up I emailed to ask about my order status. They informed me the T2 no longer comes with a laser. I asked a couple of follow up questions. It’s now been over 7 days with no reply. I’ve sent multiple emails with no reply. It’s now over 3 weeks from when I placed my order (over $500) and it looks like I’ll need to take out a PayPal dispute to get a refund.

Very disappointing experience with Thermal Master

I placed and paid for three items (X3, T2Max, NV500) and then waited over a week with no tracking number, no update — just silence. After chasing through Thermal Master’s website chat (which seems to operate on its own relaxed timeline), I was told there was an “issue” with my address. Fixing that, unsurprisingly, took more effort than it should.
Once resolved, I expected progress. Instead, while asking again for tracking, I was informed that the T2Max no longer comes with the built-in laser — a detail that only surfaced after payment.
Then, via WhatsApp (after a comfortable 2-day wait for a reply), I was told the NV500 is out of stock with no indication of when it might be available.
So to summarize: Thermal Master is very efficient at taking payment, slightly less so at sharing accurate information, and even less at keeping customers informed.
They did offer a partial refund “for the inconvenience” — which is thoughtful, if not slightly misplaced.
If you value your time, transparency, and dealing with professionals, you may want to consider other options.

Thermal master P1 not delivered

I ordered a thermal master P1, and everything seemed to be shipped and even support responses in the beginning.

The shipping company stated that it was delivered in my mailbox, but I never received the product. After contacting the Danish postal service and the support that should investigate the issue, nothing have happened in a month.

I never got a product, but they say it was delivered :(.

Finally good Customer-Service

My Order got stuck in delivery und the support does not answer for almost 30 days. I contacted via mail and WhatsApp without any satisfying answer. No refund, not new delivery, just nothing.
I have to claim my money via credit-card insurance and I am very disappointed with customer service.

Update: After 4 weeks without a response, I am now receiving a replacement delivery and an additional partial refund. I am therefore increasing my rating from 1 to 4 stars and thank you for the goodwill.

Warning, bad experience.

Ordered NV300 MAX in December 2025. Received one month later. Unit does not work. Screen shows "No Signal". No support or possibility to return this purchase. Be aware, if you purchase and you need to return you will loose money.

Ich habe eine P2 pro gekauft

Ich habe eine P2 pro gekauft. Das Produkt ist gut verarbeitet und funktioniert gut, ich finde allerdings die Lösung einen Lightning auf USB C Adapter verwenden zu müssen nicht gut. Deshalb wollte ich das Gerät zurücksenden und von dem 30 Tage Rückgaberecht Gebrauch machen. Noch am Tage der Anlieferung habe ich einen Rücksendeantrag gestellt. Nach einer Woche wurde dann per Mail erneut nach dem Grund der Rückgabe gefragt, was ich auch beantwortete. Seitdem habe ich nichts mehr gehört und mittlerweile sind drei Wochen vergangen. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung.

Much better than before

In 2024 I ordered a P2pro, they call it the world smallest thermal camera which attracted me, items pretty good, but I burned it with sunshine in one month , so I tried to contact their aftersale service to see if I can pay to change one but no reply till now
Last year my elder Flir one broke either for its garbage battery so I have to buy a new one, compared with Flir Edge Pro, topdon TC002duo, Mileseey TR10, TOOLTOP ET692C and Thermal Master P3, I finally chosed the last one, I was concerned for another bad experience but this time seems everything works fine, a little problem for connecting with my iphone 16 but this time they replied within 24hours and sloved my problems perfectly

I bought a thor 002

I bought a thor 002. They have 30days money back guarantee. I contacted them several times to send my item back. They asked me questions first then I was told they will send return label and then they never came back to me again.
Once I was even messaged that they are going to send the label "tomorrow". I thought why not today. It was very strange and after that they never answered.

Mijn recente P1 ervaring

Heb sindskort een P1 van Thermal master. Geen problemen gehad met de levering. Heb de camera met mijn Xiaomi 14 en de Samsung A52 van mijn vader getest in mijn huis en die van mijn vader. Een erg handig apparaatje en heb via de app van Thermal masters fotos kunnen maken van koude plekken waar isolatie onvoldoende was terug aangebracht nadat iemand aircos heeft geplaatst bij mij. Ben er tot nu toe heel erg tevreden over en de P1 is erg gewild om te lenen in mijn familie.

Absolutely abysmal customer support!

After ordering a P3 camera I was sent a previously opened package/ return item with the product & parts of the accessories missing.

Attempts to contact them in 3 seperate instances, via different mailing addresses were completely ignored.

Their support system is non-existant & how this company is allowed to continue to operate is beyond me

ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY AFTER THEFT – The Worst Customer Service Experience

​My experience with Thermalmaster has been severely negative. I never actually received the Thermalmaster P3 I ordered because the delivery was left unattended at my door and was stolen shortly after.

​Upon discovering the theft, I promptly contacted Thermalmaster's support via email, detailing the incident. I was hoping for compassion and a clear resolution plan, but instead, I was met with complete indifference. Their communication indicated they took zero responsibility for ensuring the package was successfully delivered to me, the customer.

​Due to their lack of assistance, I was forced to escalate the matter by filing a dispute with PayPal. Even with this formal filing, Thermalmaster is actively challenging the case, refusing to provide either a replacement unit or a full refund. This demonstrates a shocking disregard for customer satisfaction and basic consumer protection.

​Thermalmaster’s behavior, from their initial unhelpful email to their ongoing efforts to avoid refunding a stolen item, showcases truly terrible customer service. I cannot recommend purchasing from a company that will fight its customers rather than support them in a theft situation.

Did not receive the product

I did not receive the product. Also did not receive any tracking number (it's been 2,5 weeks, they advertise fast shipping and product in stock). Did not receive any reply to any email communications.

Once I opened a dispute on PayPal, they cancelled the order with explanation "at your request". I never requested cancellation, all I was asking them was info on delivery. Apparently they did not even ship the product all this time.

Once the dispute was raised, they provided PayPal with some random tracking number with destination in Germany (I have nothing to do with Germany, they also don't - it's a Hong Kong company). This tracking number shows just a label creation, no parcel at the shipping company.

I don't get why it has a 2,6 rating here if 100% of evaluations seem to be 1 at the moment.
