No instructions sent at all with the product. If you are expected to remember everything they lied about in the online AI add, then Dr Sanja Gupta, you are supporting a bad product. I tried to return it, but they start the 90 day return guarantee on the day you buy the product, not even on the day they ship it - so 5 days of no activity but that counts to my trying to evaluate the product.....and it arrives 18 days after I placed the order......so that shortens the time even more. So I keep or throw this stuff away because the ONLY thing this stuff has done is regulate my poops....that's it. That is wasn't I was going for. So don't waste your money - this doesn't work....Thermoburn Pro and Digest Flow....what a rip-off.
