I cannot believe my luck. Despite initial apprehension, I have plucked up the courage to order a pair of Valentino Garavani shoes for just over £90. When they arrived, I couldn’t believe my luck. They are authentic and in impeccable condition. The delivery was very quick and efficient. Couldn’t be happier.

Avoid. Placed a order for multiple items, and ended up returning one piece. Items was tracked back to retailer who started the process of refund via PayPal which was currently pending. After about a week I received a email from PayPal saying the retailer had cancelled the refund. Upon emailing the customer service team I was told there had been other customers having issues with returns and that it would be dealt with by accounts. After numerous emails and being told " it would be dealt with, please be patient" over a month later still nothing. Avoid this place.

I have had reply from this company with all excuses saying that they tried to deliver the ring which I do not believe the ring has come back for sale like a miracle at a price increase there is something not right about this I have a picture of the ring and the price so it should be sold at the original price as it is in BLACK AND WHITE do you agree any looking at these reviews

Bought a fair few items now from here - had to question, is it too good to be true pricing on 'certain' brands, but can guarantee all top notch and most importantly authentic and have always had pretty fast delivery too - wish i'd never found the site, as its costing me too much money ha. Not Sales lab fault but DPD are the worse company to us!!! They need to stop using them!! I've open up a paypay case now !! As parents stayed in all day 4 days waiting on parcel saying it's there soon!!!! Shocking

After some initial problems with a return.It finally got resolved.

Yet again no response to my emails to customer service. I didn't get the dress, now I haven't got the refund.

Could I just either get the dress delivered to a drop point or a refund.

That would be lovely 🙄

I've been shopping from them so many times over these years. I'd give them 4 stars before, however, it's become just 2 stars for me now. The only good about this site is they do crazy bargains.
Let's talk about the cons.
Sizes for some designer brands are often wrong, especially when the brands are Italian. It seems they don't know how to convert the sizes properly. Their indicated size is likely not the same as the brand's size chart. I've informed them this issue, and the problem is still there.
Secondly, it's what I dislike the most. The postage used to cheaper, now they've started to use DPD for designer brands, and that costs £8. It's totally fine if the item is more expensive. But that's not the actual issue. If a product is designer brand, even though it's only £50, they likely go with DPD rather than another option, which is Royal Mail costing only £3.5.
I also found the security pin for DPD extremely annoying. I live in a HMO house sharing with some people who don't speak English. I may need my so-called house mates to sign for me, so the use of pin makes it very inconvenient, The delivery restrictions can't be removed upon request. For an order less than £100, and I don't see the point of it.

Found this store a couple of years ago. Love returning from time to time to see what new stock is available. Honestly the prices and quality labels you get are completely amazing. Past experience of customer service was very good too. Thanks guys, happy to keep returning and supporting your lovely business :)

I bought shoes from this site. and they sent me a different color but the same size shoe that wasn't even on the site. and I contacted them. they sent me the color shoe I wanted in just 20 hours. and I told them I now had two shoes. they said "it's our fault so you can have them both"! it's the first time I've ever experienced anything like this! and I'm in shock. shipping speed, customer service and gift! a great site!

I had few good experience with them but recent experience was terrible . They use DPD and I was stuck at home all day waiting the parcel as I need PIN code and need the parcel for holiday and if missed today I will be away for 2 weeks so it will go back to them with a chance it will get lost . I didn’t like their delivery service . I paid 12£ for delivery and it has been terrible and useless
