I struggled to open the product. Would it be possible to use a screw top jar? The tin (like a shoe polish tin) is very difficult to open safely when the product is liquid.

Website says free delivery but on receiving my email receipt, I noticed there was a substantial delivery fee. A week after ordering, I contacted them as there were no updates re delivery (contact had to be via email as nobody answers the phone!) I cancelled my order! I ordered a similar product (costing £10 less!) from EU, it arrived the next day! You'd think a parcel from England would arrive quicker than from mainland Europe!?

Initially I bought a small sample of one of your products on Amazon and found it excellent although colour needs mixing with a different shade. On trying to buy this I wear presented with a huge shipping charge. As Jersey was treated as being Overseas. I had a great number of emails from Carl about the ridiculously expensive price of shipping as things to Jersey are usually charged at a similar rate as Royal Mail items. I am delighted that I have now received this fantastic product and know that I will be able to mix the colours to match the leather scratches which were spoiling the interior of a a lovely vehicle. Thank you Carl and Scratch Doctor for a fantastic service.

I ordered some ivory all in one colourant a couple of weeks ago and have just got round to using it today. The item came quickly, and it is very easy to use. It was purchased to smarten up some beige leather kitchen stool and I am really pleased with the results so far, with the second coat going on tomorrow.
I would definite use this product again

The product was as described and delivered on time. I have tried removing the scratches but probably need to spend more time on it.

The product does what it says

the colour you sent me was supposed to be dark tan. the tin said dark tan but the contents were light tan. after applying and rubbing a few times. It would have been very good if i wanted light tan. I can send photo, but you should cheque your tins regards P Sykes

I ordered the all in one leather dye and was extremely pleased with the results.Used to repair and colour a three piece suite which was in poor condition. It now looks virtually new .

The product arrived promptly and worked a treat on my car seat.

Used leather restorer great. This time used fabric paint although the material soaked it up so had to order more I followed instructions of leaving 1st coat 2hrs to dry on hindsight leave it overnight for a better coverage

Absolutely perfect service and perfect products! Scratch doctor leather putty is amazing at repairing holes in leather. I then used their leather colourant to try to blend the repair in. The colourant worked so well, I then decided to recolour the seats altogether from light grey to a rich Bordeaux Red. The results are amazing!!!
