I ordered 2 lady's shaver on the 12th if November and it didn't seemed to arrived yet but it's marked as delivered, I have been trying to contact the costumer support and no reply, I either tried leaving a message on Instagram to see if I can get to them and no answers as well.
Was $45 order for no responses at all.

I ordered a dress which despite their measurement suggestions is too small. So I sent back via recorded delivery as per their website instructions.
Package sent back over 3 weeks ago and I have sent 5 emails since requesting where my refund is and I have not heard anything back.
The telephone number on their website is also for a different company

I purchased a dress a couple of weeks ago, however the sizing measurements are severely inaccurate. I ordered a size 8 and have received an item that has the measurements of a size 6 or smaller. The company is refusing to change the item for free and therefore I will incur a £5 charge to return the first dress and then pay £5 for them to post the correct size. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company, as a result of their inaccurate sizes, high prices and unhelpful customer service.

If the dress I bought wasn’t as expensive, I’d give it 5 stars.

Beautiful dress, which arrived quickly, but the actual quality is just not worth the price sadly. Glitter was coming off, zip was stiff, which I wouldn’t expect as I paid a lot of money.

Sorry I had to give this company 1 star!! You can’t give zero. I ordered a dress for my daughters 13th birthday. I ordered a size 8 and 6 just in case. The order came quickly. I took the size 8 out of the box to wrap for her birthday and the size 6 was left in the box. She was thrilled with the size 8 and the size 6 never came out of the box. The size 6 got posted back to them on Monday . I was shocked and horrified when they emailed me with photos of the dress showing what looked like false tan on the inside of it, saying due to their terms and conditions they could not refund. I emailed straight away to say the dress had never come out of the box!!! Their response was their terms and conditions again. I then googled the reviews!!!! So we are now in a position where they have send the dress that never came out of box back. I refused delivery of it and will now be talking to trading standards to see where we go from here. This is truly appalling and being accused of something that clearly hasn’t taken place is awful. The dress that she wore to her party is of poor quality and the sparkle’s have come off after 4 hours wear. Do not buy from them it’s a sham .. clearly they have played this SCAM before

I ordered a dress for my Granddaughter, it didn't fit and it definitely wasn't worth £40!! Overpriced TAT. I returned it and the said it had marks on the lining, so couldn't refund. I disputed this but they still wouldn't give a refund. The dress can still be sold though, that's my argument. Any excuse not to give a refund. They're cheats and I don't recommend them in any way.

As per previous reviews. Customs have not contacted me since therefore the dress has obviously been returned to Seraphina. This means they now can resell the dress that is in perfect condition. So they leave my daughter short of £60 and resell for the same amount so they make £120 and as a result leave a 14 year old extremely upset and a loss of £60. They should be ashamed. Do not do business with them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
My 13 year old daughter purchased a dress with all of her savings on 14 November which is 3 weeks ago. The money has come out of her account but no email confirmation was sent to her email account and the dress hasn’t turned up. She’s understandably very upset and I’m not impressed. Not a very good way to run a company that targets young girls with their marketing. If I don’t receive a reply I will be looking the company up on companies house and following other channels

Not worth the money. Quality of clothes is very cheap they are charging way too much for it. The body suit sown under my dress I found on eBay for $21, and the material of the dress isn't good quality. The stitching is also very bad, part of the dress broke as soon as I opened it due to poor construction. They are definitely scamming people with how much they are charging for these items. Save your money and don't bother buying from them.

Trash company with poor customer service. They market as some exclusive brand but they really sell cheap Chinese warehouse clothing for the frail. They love to send free stuff to influencers but rarely stock the site. Trying to build some type of hype.

Idk, I want to order from here for Halloween but I’m just not sure… because looking at the customer service, you can’t send them back! and if it doesn’t fit, that’s it! I found it quite stupid that they didn’t even have the measurements of the dress, so how will I know what size to get, cute dresses, but nothing like picture

I ordered this for my daughters prom in the small size but unfortunately it did not fit. I sent it back to the company and realised I didn't get a refund. So i checked the tracking to which it said they did not accept it as they no longer traded their! Confused I contacted the company for them to tell me they didn't accept it as it was passed the time frame (14 days) which is a joke! I now have no dress and no refund and no remorse from the company who have returned it god nos where!
I have no faith in this company don't order unless your 100% sure you want to keep it.
THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR CHECK WHAT YOU SENT BACK TO JUDGE IT THEY ARE MONEY GRABBERS.

Dress was Beautiful but was too small,
We was sent an alternative size, next day delivery & great Communication
We will definitely order again

Dresses are so unique and I love that they are handmade, it makes them feel more special <3

I ordered from the US and have returned something before with no problems.

They always reply to my emails and let me know when things ship with tracking.

Can't wait to get my Halloween outfit from them this year!

Always a quick response via email (quicker than a DM) needed a different size one time and returned dress no problem.

Love the packaging my orders arrived in to.

Just email them instead of DM on Instagram and they always get back to me super quick

I ordered some lovely outfits for my daughter. They arrived really quickly.
They are well made, great quality and super cute garments.

Only slight niggle was they didn't come with the gift boxes I ordered.

Have ordered for them many times and not had an issue, clothes are made so you will have to be patient with shipping

Absolutely love this Company! Gorgeous clothing items! I recently bought a glitter dress for my birthday and oh my god it’s drop dead gorgeous😍😍 Couldn’t believe how quick it came aswell it were suppose to be two weeks but it got to me in three days so even better! Very happy with the quality and service received! However I do think some discounts could be done now and again as can get expensive! My dress were £40 I don’t think it’s entirely worth £40 but I do love it! Some of the stuff I think is a bit over priced but... overall very happy ❤️
