Placed an order, which went through. To get an email 3 days after my order was placed, saying they dont have some of my order available, there was a glitch on the website and it shouldn't have let me order this. And they will be getting more in stock and it would be sent out this week...im still waiting. They aren't giving any updates, other than, its will be in at the end of this week. Well, now we are at the end of this week, and I've still not received anything. I don't believe that in this day and age a company doesnt known when they are receiving there stock 🤔

Two orders. Faulty items sent both times. Apology was given and said would send replacement. I had to chase both times as nothing had been sent. I said don't bother with last order after a month and they've not even replied to it. Poor quality and waste of my money. Poor customer service too.

Nat was so helpful when I asked what kind of jewellery ideas were best for friends daughter 21st and the suggestions was stop on as Ellie loved it.

Since then ive got other jewellery gifts green beads necklace so gorgeous and also got few pieces for myself . So glad to fine a lovely shop online to purchase amazing pieces xxx
