5 STARS is NOT ENOUGH!
The short version is that my 4" sewer line was both plugged & leaking sewage under the building, very gross. I had 3 plumbers out before "The Sewer Brothers", and each had ideas of what was needed, yet none seemed to match. The first plumber (MVP) was very dishonest and only put his camera in 25' and told me that is as far as he will go because he was worried the camera would get stuck. Carlos from "The Sewer Brothers" came out and without any hesitation, he ran the camera 138' all the way to the street, then got under the house and took photos of the leaking pipes. He never tried to charge me for all this time & effort. His quote was not the lowest bid, but it wasn't the highest either. His honesty and professionalism were very apparent, and my wife agreed that this was definitely the guy to hire. We are VERY GLAD WE DID! They came out the next day on time, worked very hard for over 10 hours straight, and did a wonderful job. There was even another problem we had not bargained for, and Carlos only changed me a little for the extra pipe material, and not the extra 2+ hours of labor they had to put in. Right then I knew this was an honorable man and I was so glad I chose "The Sewer Brothers" for the job! I HIGHLY recommend them. They even swept and hosed off all the dirt from the sidewalk, not that is good service!
