I was under the impression my new sewing machine had an issue. Contacted The Sewing Studio who reassured me, after I sent photos of what I thought was an issue, that there wasn’t a problem. Great service.

A fabulous stock of sewing machines available; once I had ordered, my machine was dispatched immediately and delivered to me the very next day as promised. Delivery notifications with exact time, were sent with the courier company all through the process.

As far as Sewing Studio's performance is concerned I have no complaints. I paid for 24hr delivery and they acted very quickly and despatched the order, via Royal Mail. The problem is that Royal Mail cannot live up to their side of the bargain and having paid for 24hr delivery, the parcel did not arrive despite having received an email saying that it would. Tracking showed that it was stuck a long way away in a sorting office. Perhaps when people are prepared to pay for next day delivery it would be worth using a different carrier. Sewing Studio are 5* but please use another company for delivery.

This was my first visit to The Sewing Studio and I experienced great customer service and personalised recommendations for products I wished to purchase. The staff even loaded my large boxed purchases into the car for me.

My fabric was of good quality and dispatched to me very promptly. Unfortunately Royal Mail delayed delivery through their own malfunctioning operations. But everything that Sewing Studio did was very good. I also liked the fact that I was able to buy quite a specialist zip at the same time, which was very helpful. The only thing that Sewing Studio could improve upon is having a bigger selection of dressmaking fabrics.

I wanted to buy an overlocker but didn't know too much about the various machine's capabilities and came across The Sewing Studio's website, it gave masses of information on each machine as well as tutorials. The particular machine I focused on was the same price on many websites but I chose to buy from the Sewing Studio as I was impressed both by the detailed website and by the advertised after sales support offered. The machine arrived promptly and I was kept informed on the tracking throughout. I have since received a follow up email offering help and support with any issues I may have which is definitely appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Great range, I managed to get material in 12 coordinated colours in the pallet I wanted. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful, going out of their way to find the perfect white on white material I wanted and helped work out how material I would want for the baking.

What a top quality service. The website is brilliant and so are all the folks at customer services too. They dealt with me very kindly indeed and answered all my questions no matter how small. I checked to see if the machine was in stock and was able to select a delivery day too. It arrived this morning. Just amazing

Order placed and dispatched notification received with Royal Mail tracking, then I get a call from a cheerful girl stating they don’t have enough to fulfil my order. Insincere apology no alternative offered so the order is cancelled and I’m to be refunded. Then I look to see if I can find another fabric in the range i find it’s no longer on offer and its back at full price! :(

They had exactly what I wanted, that I could buy exactly the way I needed it (long quarters vs fat quarters) so I'm very happy. Delivery was super-quick too! Will definitely shop here again.

Quick delivery and great customer service. Had to contact the team about an issue with sewing machine which was sorted right away. Really pleased
