Ordered a sewing machine and received it well packaged the next day. Made a few enquiries and the staff were both very knowledgeable and helpful.

Ordered my brother V3 machine from this company. I would have to give this company the highest rating for the delivery and communication I have received.

This company is great, l chased up an order which seemed to be taking a while. They contacted me back straight away and got the order out by next post. A couple of things were unavailable however they contacted me to discuss alternatives and were so helpful. Customer service so good. Their fabrics are excellent would definitely recommend to any crafter.

My first attempt at a baby quilt and for a charity project so the charm packs took the stress out of choosing coordinating fabrics. Lovely quality cotton fabric in a gorgeous selection of colours and patterns.

Advice given by Anna was very helpful in making my decision. My order arrived and the packaging is exceptional. Unpacking all the bits and setting up blew my mind, mainly because my old machine was old and this is like the star ship enterprise in comparison. I laid everything out and took my time to assess it all. Threaded the machine unbelievable easy as long as you have everything in the correct position. I tested my first piece of sewing and was so excited even with the standard stitch. I can't wait to try out all the other functionality.

Really helpful staff answering phone call about Janome machines, friendly and professional. Email contact resulted in a full detailed reply within minutes of request. Sewing machine arrived next day as indicated in the information supplied online. Delighted that the bobbins ordered at the same time as the machine, arrived with the machine

As I was only interested in a specific type of fabric (in this case, blue and white/cream) I found it easy to navigate the website to reduce the number of options returned, making it a much better shopping experience. I selected a number of options to go in my basket and then reviewed them all, removing some that did not play well together. Again, it was simple to remove what I no longer required, and meant that I could easily move on to payment. Once purchased, the order was shipped very quickly allowing me to continue with my project.

I was slightly concerned about purchasing from you, as have had bad experiences in the past with tv show shops... but i am pleasantly surprised, and the rapidness with which the products arrive is really insane!

My sister and I travelled for two hours to visit the store from where we had bought on line and we were not disappointed. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The best part is how bright everywhere is so no carrying everything to a window to check your colours. We also liked how the fabric ranges were all together and not squashed so easy to see all the patterns and colour-ways. It’s a spacious store. On arrival we could have done with an explanation of the payment procedure, in that it’s computerised, very clever, so we could buy some, and then add to it as we went upstairs and downstairs, a new system to us. Be aware on a first visit that the car park is a little tight and on quite a busy road. We hope to visit again in August to buy our Christmas fab ric, although we expect our journey might take longer in tourist season🙀
