Looks like I was lucky!! Ordered with extra payment for next delivery - items took well over 10 days to arrive - they are nice items and have been kept however the next day delivery is clearly just a scam - when you try to contact them the emails bounce back and you can’t get hold of anyone
Ordered a shirt with next day delivery.
It didn’t arrive. Contacted the supplier who said their courier hadn’t picked up the parcels but it would be with me the following day.It didn’t arrive.
After 7 days I was about to raise a claim with PayPal and a parcel arrived with next day delivery stamped on it?
The shirt was inside a bag with no additional packaging.
However the shirt appears to be what I ordered, it fits and I like it.
Just a shame the service is so poor.
Even the website stopped working and the “customer care” email address bounced back.
Terrible experience do not use this company ordered a tshirt paid for it and was promised next day delivery four days later no email advising me that my order had been passed to courier I emailed them received a reply saying order processed and would be delivered next day just over an hour later received another email saying sorry item not in stock and my refund had been processed
Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered a polo shirt for my father, it arrived with dirt marks on and the packaging was all open & damaged, I contacted them and sent photographs, I also made it clear I wasn’t happy to pay to return the item & have there “£5.99” refund fee deducted from my refund considering the item is unfit for use & not my fault.
To which they outlined id receive a “full refund”
When I received the refund, shock they deducted £5.99 ! I emailed saying why?? They are now saying I should take it up with dpd if I want the £5.99 refunded asif I’m some sort of middle man🤣 shocking that! How’s about you sort it… it’s your bloody problem not mine as the customer! Disgusting customer service and I would NOT recommend to anyone. SHITE COMPANY DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY

Awful awful business! They accepted my order and took payment, then I received an email saying due to high value fraud my order has been cancelled. No real explanation why it'd been cancelled as they've taken the money out of my account, so who are the real fraudsters here?!
Terrible they took money and did not send items, unable to contact, no response to emails, and telephone goes no where. So disappointing, AVOID!
