It doesn’t clean so great, no matter how hard i was scrubbing it barely cleaned. The pump kept jamming and whenever i tried to get more soap out, the pump would get stuck and i had to pull it back up. maybe if fz150 was brought back it would be better.

Order the Mega Bundle for $99.99 on 04/10/2025. They took 2 months to ship and never answered any emails. While it shipped I got an email stating an item was out of stock and will be shipped separately when it was in stock. It has not been almost a YEAR! I have gotten zero responses to emails, no updates on the missing item being shipped, nothing. This is the worst customer service imaginable. Make sure to avoid the at all costs, trust me.

I was gifted this for my birthday from a good friend. Was hyped to try on some shoes and loved watching the videos. The second I tried using it, it came out of every hole but the nozzle its supposed to come out of, and after rinsing it out, it just clogged up and nothing came out. After a few more attempts, I was unsuccesful. So I put it on top of my shoe boxes and books, and the thing leaked everywhere and stained my favorite book! Can't get it out and I've tried EVERYTHING. I would NOT recommend this stuff and save your money for something better than this. Seriously, the mall shoe cleaner does better than this. Would not buy ever again

I bought the bundle from shoelada paid all the money for it and still missing two items was delivered to me incomplete

BIG SCAM!!! Do not order because they do not send anything and when you ask for a refund after a month they give you an email for a refund that does not work!!!

I bought the Mega Bundle and it arrived in 6 business days, nothing was missing or leaking and it didn’t smell bad. After cleaning a bunch of shoes they all looked great once I cleaned them.

Placed an order for a kit March 21. Website stated it would be received in 9 working days. This was a prepaid international order (expat living in Mexico). No response from the Company so I inquired about the order. NO number to call, only email. Took a couple of days to get a response, but never an explanation of when the order would ship. Tried again several more times but again no response that had any significance. It’s now over three weeks since the order was placed. No updates and no refund (requested). This company is a scam. I’d give it a huge fat ZERO if that was an option. Do not do business with this company. They say they are powered by Shopify. I wonder if that is even true? Shopify is legit. TheShoelada is not.
