My first enquiry was answered same day and team were able to arrange appointment for measurement and options of blinds same week. Amaya is an expert at blinds and shutters and provided excellent advice and recommendations.

Amaya came to my home to advise and measure for new blinds. It was easy to order my new blinds. I was kept informed as to delivery and to fixing. Fixing was efficient and clean and I am happy with installation and operation. More than happy to recommend this local business.

Amaya came down to my new property and measured and helped me decide on layout and colour.
She is very professional and knowledgeable.
The shutter arrived in good time but I delayed them from fitting for a while as decoration wasn’t complete. Again this was no problem to them. I was kept informed on every detail time scale etc.
then finally it was Shutter day and the lovely Frank came with my whole house of shutters.
He was a pleasure had a smile on his face all day. That might have been the sausage sandwich. But he worked so hard and tidily. It was a long day for him but it was a perfect fit.

We are lucky to have been visited by Amaya and her team before Christmas to have shutters fitted to our bedroom. What a wonderful experience from start to finish - from the initial phone conversation with Amaya, we felt reassured that we had made the right choice. I had toyed with the idea of shutters for my bay and front bedroom window for some time. I got in 4 different companies to quote for the work. The prices varied quite a bit, but the overriding reason I chose The Shutter Tree was the fact that there was no stress about it. It was a calm process.

I had been told by two companies that my upvc sliding sash windows in my bay window weren't suitable for shutters because there was little or no recess and not much in the way of a cill either. This confused me, because Amaya never batted an eyelid about the windows being problematic. I nearly didn't go ahead with getting them done. I got back to Amaya who said they'd be perfectly fine, gave me measurement of the frame dimensions and with the use of an wooden offcut I was able to see how far they would protude into the room. Armed with this information I decided to go ahead with the installation. I'd already decided that if I were to go ahead that The Shutter Tree would get the work. I'd been given lead times for the work to be carried out. These were very accurate.

Yesterday my shutters were installed. I am so glad that I decided to go ahead with them they dress the windows perfectly. The fitter removed my venetian blinds as I am not able to do this myself due to a medical condition. No other company was willing to do this. He also brought the upstairs ones downstairs for me, and collected up all the fittings also. I've also learnt how to fill in the small holes left by the removal of my blinds. After seeing the fitter use it on my blinds where fittings were put in, this was to cover small pin holes.
Great service all round from beginning to end.

When the shutters arrived they were fitted professionally, quickly with no mess or damage.
