Unfortunately we experienced a huge delay with the equipment arriving due to issues with DHL, the company did manage to arrange for us to go and collect it ourselves from the delivery depot the day before the event. This caused us a great amount of stress worrying that it was not going to be with us in time for our wedding reception entertainment. We also had booked and paid extra for ‘Groom and Groom’ branded headphones and they had given us ‘Bride and Groom’ headphones. We were also supposed to receive 100 glow sticks with our order which also was not included, which was also disappointing. With returning the equipment DHL should have picked up between 8-6 on the Monday but have since received a text to say they may not collect it until 10pm! We were pleased with how well the silent disco went and it was all easy to set up, just disappointed with the issues and missing items we encountered.

Super happy with everything from the initial support to the actual equipment. Steph was really helpful, answering all my questions ahead of the booking and making sure I was comfortable with how everything worked. The whole process was slick and really easy - the team is very quick to respond and extremely helpful. When the equipment arrived, it was really easy to set up and use - literally 'plug and play' - and it came with all the leads needed and a helpful instruction manual. The drop-off and pick-up was also seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to use The Silent Disco Company again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for equipment hire.

The headphones came properly packed with comprehensive information on how to set it up which made setting up for our event fast and easy.

Really valued the support from Elijah in choosing the right package for our event. Headphones were really well received; the players, their siblings and their adults had lots of fun with them.
Everything was clearly packaged and explained. Included manual was great. Paying the extra for the pre-loaded tablets definitely reduced the stress levels on the day. Only grumble was that the collection of the headphones didn't offer a 2hr window/opportunity to track so I was expected to be in from 8am - 6pm which was really frustrating. Otherwise a great company and we will definitely use again if/when we have another silent disco.

Efficient and informative delivery and collection. Amazing equipment provided for a silent disco with our family and friends. Such a good idea for a lodge weekend away. Would 100% recommend and use again!

The karaoke machine arrived on time. Return instructions were clear. They were helpful and pleasant to deal with, and the karaoke really made my daughter’s 21st special and fun.

The Silent Disco was a lot of fun. I was unsure how it would be at home/garden. But everyone enjoyed it singing and dancing. Even friends who don’t dance enjoyed the music - changing between the music playlists.

The team at Silent Disco very helpful at each stage from booking to delivering the kit on the day. The only slight negative was the couriers who delivered and collected the items. Poor communication and turned up late both times.

Would definitely recommend Silent Disco and hope to do it again in the future. FUN FUN FUN x

I found the Silent Disco Company following an internet search. The previous customer reviews all seemed very positive so I made a booking for my wife’s birthday, booking the silent disco and light package. The communication was amazing and the equipment was delivered as explained and had very easy to follow set up instruction’s. Everything I ordered was delivered a couple of days in advance (even extra bits and bobs) and this contributed to an amazing evening. Packaged the equipment up and it was all collected a couple of days after the event.

Overall I am so pleased I found and used The Silent Disco Company - 100% recommend

I had to leave a review as this is one of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with, from my initial, very last minute! enquiry the ball was rolling with extreme efficiency. Our party was for 100 and we had no idea how many headsets we would need, we went for 25 but we definitely needed 50 as it was a huge hit with everyone, just so much fun! Delivery was prompt, set up was easy, returning the box was simple all with fabulous communication. Thank you so much! 100% recommend.
