Placed an order 29th April. Still haven't received. Even had the cheek to email me to review a product I haven't even received. Multiple emails sent with no response. Messages on the company tiktok videos,clearly been acknowledged as the comments are being deleted.

Absolutely shocking. Placed my order for my sons birthday over 2 weeks ago and still not recieved it even though my order stated 48 hours tracked delivery via royal mail. I have been asking and asking for updates, yet all they can say is they have no idea where my parcel is, no idea when its coming, no idea whats happened. They have failed to offer me a refund or replacement shipping even though I have stated that this is the bare minimum that they could do. They have offered me 10% off my next order which obviously i will not be using. Then they have offered me a refund for the shipping alone, not the whole order. So they would like me to settle for a £25 loss through no fault of my own, very weird, despite me explaining that I want neither and I literally just either want a full refund or a replacement order. I have sent multiple multiple emails and i recieve a reply every other day if im lucky, saying they have zero updates and completely disregard my questions for a refund or replacement, offering me ridiculous alternatives. Absolutely disgustingly shocking customer service, comes across polite but has not a care in the world. They must need the money BAD to be able to refuse a refund on a £30 order even though they are completely at fault. Embarrassing really and I sincerely hope they get less and less customers because they dont deserve the custom.

When my friend's daughter said she wanted 'peeps' for her birthday, I didn't even know what they were. I finally located them on a few websites but they were out of stock and then I stumbled upon The Snack House. Not only were they in stock but they were reasonably priced with quick shipping. Having realised I'd accidentally shipped the order to my old address, Matt from The Snack House got straight on the case, liaising with the courier, amending labels, going out of his way and keeping my informed over email at every stage. It was so refreshing to receive such incredible customer service from someone who really cares. 10/10

I ordered some ramen noodles from them and I ended up with 2 extra batch of ramen which I did not order and pay for. When I messaged them to let them know they had given me extra by mistake, they were very quick to respond and let me know they were really happy with my honesty. They let me keep the extras on the house which was really lovely of them to. I was very pleased with all my ramen noodles, they were much cheaper than other shops and my order arrived fairly quickly too. I will defo be ordering from them again.
