The Sofa Cover House Opiniones 

The sofa covers I ordered are good and exactly as described. I could not fault The Sofa Cover House at all.
Unfortunately 'fits most sofas' did not fit my sofas (2 x double leather sofas) - if you have single piece leather sofa seats (inc armrests) that fit onto a solid wood frame, these style of sofa covers do not fit well.
The cover is well sized and stretches, but the lack of any gap between the cushion and arm rest/back rest means the cover cannot be fixed down neatly in place. The covers are on, they fit well and look ok, but they are saggy and flappy around the seat because I can't fix them in place as there is no gap between cushions to fix into.
My error, not a faulty product.

Delivery was fine. The covers ordered even though I measured my sofa and armchair were too small..and were according to the measurement chart on website.So will now have to order 3 seater which I'm hoping will be just about right.

DO NOT BUY. I have an elderly dog who is on water tablets therefore prone to accidents. I bought 2 covers which stated they are 100% waterproof. They are not, they soak straight through to the sofa. I've contacted customer service but no luck yet. I'm hoping I'll get a refund from my credit card.

Ended up paying for 2 items when I only wanted one. No e mail confirmation of order from the seller when order was made. Requested return and refund but no answer to my e mail to that effect. Will not be using this seller again.

The sofa covers are colorful and they are easy to fix.

Only one item sent. Doesn’t say on the plastic covering if it’s the sofa or armchair covers so I have opened it yet. Tried to contact you but no reply. Very disappointed!

I’ve ordered from you. You’ve taken my money. I’ve had no order confirmation and when I’ve chased you up he no response. I’ve raised the matter with my bank and you will be hearing from them shortly

Covers are beautiful but foam insert s that are supposed to keep it in place don't work , I've tucked them right under cushions but they still pop out . So constantly putting them back in . And unfortunately would buy again .

Excellent service. I needed to exchange the covers which they did quickly and with no trouble. Covers are nice, stretchy and easy to fit. They do a great job of protecting my sofas from my dog.

Didn't realise was buying from China!!

Originally left a one star review due to getting nowhere with customer service after wanting to return a cover I bought which was not suitable for our needs.
I kept giving them the same info over and over and was getting nowhere so I gave up.
Couple of days later, I got an email from a different customer service representative who could not have been more helpful, They did not want the original cover back but offered to send me a another different cover free of charge, which they did.
So, I have ended up with a suitable sofa cover.

Delivered what was ordered in good time, thank you.

I ordered two items worth £70 total. The items never arrived and I never received any delivery updates. When I replied to my ‘order confirmation email’ to check the order status (which, in the email, it says to do if you have any questions), they replied saying they can’t find my order… I followed up twice, giving screenshots of my order confirmation, order number, etc, and they just stopped answering my emails.

Do not buy, absolute scammers! Paid £150 for covers, arrived nothing like the photo, returned them (cost £52!!!!) for them to email me saying I needed to pay another £50 to have them released from their side, I declined this and I still haven’t received any of my return even though I sent everything back in perfect condition! Now down £150 absolute p*ss take. Would stay well away, they need to be closed down!
