I love both sets I’ve purchased. I over sized my sofa one as my dogs runs over it and it’s perfect.

Initial delivery was wrong sofa cover But this was sorted out and replacement sent free of charge.now one very happy wife .cant thank them enough .

Instructions for fitting the cover to your sofa absolutely useless. Cover looks as if it would be nice if you coukd figure out how to put them on. 1 hour later I gave up!

The cover was cheap and arrived quickly. It was what you would expect.

The size was too small. No problem there. However, it was a NIGHTMARE to return the item. They tried every trick in the book to make it as difficult to return the item as possible. It had to be disputed and I'm still waiting for a refund.

The cover measurements given are incorrect the 2 seater cover is smaller and impossible to stretch to the max size. There are foam retainers supplied but not enough to fully secure ( maybe short with my order). Ribbon retainer underneath to tie off the bottom of the cover 2 handed job if your sofa is heavy.

Very slow delivery times, we did receive a email to say item had been dispatched together a tracking number that proved worse than useless as it never worked until the day it was delivered. Most disappointing is that it doesn’t fit properly, we have a three seater so ordered a three seater cover - but it’s too small - I guess the secret is to ignore the suggested size and measure the sofa.

Awful customer service and poor product, do not waste your money!
The Cover I ordered does not fit despite checking the measurements prior yo ordering. They send white foam pieces which are supposed to hold the cover in place but they do not work and pop out. Basically you just get a very overpriced piece of cheap fabric with some ties and some totally useless pieces of foam.
I have contacted them multiple times to return the product and they just say they can't offer a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service!

AVOID! Didn’t realise the product is shipped from outside U.K. so delivery was lengthy. Terrible cheap fabric, doesn’t fit, colour not accurately represented. Cost £24 to return to China. No contact from company since product returned so awaiting refund and out of pocket for postage! AVOID

They are scammers ! Never ever make a mistake by buying from them. I have left emails, several messages through online chat, reviews online on their complaints & still waiting to hear back after a month. I ordered 2 covers and both are in a terrible quality and also do not fit. I only bought off them after reading fine print which clearly said we can return but to whom? Feels like they have disapperared on me. If someone has ways that can help get in touch with them, please please let me know. Thanks

I ordered before I looked at Trust Pilot - would have thought twice based on the reviews. But actually the cover is fine and came pretty quickly. We’re using it in the playroom so it’s not the main living room, but totally does the job covering up a very tired sofa - just a little bit saggy in places. Easy to fit and looks ok.

I bought 3 sets (this is an estimated date) one set for myself and the other two for friends. 2 set were for 3 seater and 2 seater covers. The other set was for a 3 seater and one seater cover. Although thin foam strips are sent to keep the covers in place they are totally useless and the covers shrivel up as soon as some seats on the sofas and they become loose. It is a total embarrassment when one has visitors to keep pushing the rods in. My friends have disposed of the covers in total digust.

Covers do not fit a sofa within the measurements given on the website. Has uneven seams so not sure how it would fit any sofa as most are symmetrical..

UPDATE: They will eventually agree to a 100% refund but I had to send 6 emails to get them to do this. Even now they aren't interested in a return, they just said to donate it. Seems like they aren't will to take back products.

Don't buy from this company.

Their after sales customer service is horrendous. They refuse to refund you instead offering increasing increments of refund suggesting you keep the cover and gift it to a friend.

Despite mentioning multiple times I wanted what I was entitled to, they just keep offering an increasing percentage of the cost as a refund until you are past the 14 day deadline and leave days between replying to emails.
This company is scamming customers and I look forward to hearing back from trading standards!

Bought this dark grey- quality is quite cheap. Colour doesn't totally match how it looks online. Contacted to request a refund and heard nothing back.

Wanted to return chair cover as it was a poor fit. Website offers 14 day money back guarantee & 100% satisfaction guaranteed but this is a lie. Have contacted customer service 4 times & they refuse to accept the cover back (& there's no address to return it to) offering a 35% refund & chance to keep cover. I am legally entitled to return unused goods with a full refund so I am definitely not 100% satisfied!

Excellent service, i mismeasured (entirely my fault) and they changed it for the next size up with no quibbles at all.
