I have placed three orders with the SolarCentre and I have been very pleased with the speed of delivery and the quality of the products.
Unfortunately the last delivery was damaged in transit, but Ella and Nicole responded very promptly and arranged for a replacement lamp to be sent the same day of notifying them.

“Ella”at the customer services was very quick to reply to my query

I have bought several products from solarcenter and i must say i am pleased with the products, very durable and lasting. Few times i needed help Nicole was quick to resolve it. Excellent service.

I had a problem with my lights after a year and emailed them. They replied quickly, sent me a replacement part FOC and then followed up to check it was working.

Lovely solar lights but would like in particular to mention the after sales service . I had a couple of small problems which were dealt with by Nicole quickly and both problems were resolved . I would not hesitate to recommend the lights and the company .

Ella was most helpful after I had trouble with one of the Solar lights I had purchased some time ago but had not put in the garden due to the weather this winter.
She is sending a replacement base and has responded to my messages very promptly !

I ordered some flame torches for Mother’s Day. They arrived arrived the very next day, fantastic service. Unfortunately they were both damaged, so I contacted customer services and the following day received an email from Nicola apologising and asking if I would like a replacement or a credit, I chose the replacement.
I have ordered many lights over the years and have always received great products and on the odd occasion when there’s been a problem it’s always been sorted super quickly. I would definitely recommend the solar centre to anyone wishing to buy great lights at reasonable prices. A big thumbs up again to Nicola for sorting this out so quickly.

My solar lights lights arrived today and they are perfect for my garden and so bright.

I have had 4 x Chester solar wall lights and they are still going strong and still very bright after 5 years. Unfortunately, I dropped one of the panels whilst installing the last one but Nicole in Customer Service was excellent and was able to supply a replacement although the style of the solar panel has recently been updated.

Have ordered multiple times from solar centre. Quality items that work very well and always dispatched quickly.
This time I had slight issue that a couple parts were missing. I reached out via message as it was Saturday afternoon. First thing Monday I had a reply apologising and advising they were sending the parts out that day. A new light arrived the next day! Great customer service from both Nicole and Ella.

I have just had an online chat with Ella who instantly talked me through a trouble shooting issue with a product that has lasted some time, and will now last longer, thanks to Ella’s help.

Bought 2 solar lights 10 months ago and they are great, unfortunately one developed a fault where it wouldn't switch on automatically at dusk anymore. Spoke to Ella and Nicole and it was resolved within an hour with a replacement on it's way. Brilliant customer service and will be back

The lights look beautiful and Ella helped me on chat as I wasn't able to get my 10% off at checkout and she sorted it all out for me. This is a great company to deal with and I am so pleased I chose them, as there was a lot of choice of suppliers for the solar lights I have purchased. So glad I chose this one

Excellent customer service from Nicole with faulty unit, dealt with very quickly, new one sent out, have used the Solar Centre for years, excellent products that last.

This company is my “go to “ for solar power garden items.I have found they last so much longer than those bought maybe a little more cheaply - false economy when you realise that from Solar Energy in my experience they last for years through all sorts of weather too. Family and friends have appreciated gifts I have bought for them and also now shop nowhere else. They are good sorting out any queries too. Ella has just sorted out a postal issue very quickly for me

One of our Kingston bollard light units failed within a year of use, but we were offered a replacement within hours of my initial email. Absolutely outstanding support from Ella. This is how customer service should be!
