The Soundproof Windows Opiniones

We have had a really positive experience using the soundproof window company. The windows fit perfectly, look beautiful and block out the noise from the busy train lines that run underneath our windows. The customer care is exceptional and the quality of the product is excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

It was a overall outstanding service!
From ordering the windows to installation and the end result. We had windows fittet by a other big soundproof window company which promises silence. And I can say that soundproof windows is the better choice as they offered a better price and a better overall service and quality of windows.
They look amazing and I would choose them again for sure.

Excellent service, very professional and I would highly recommend Soundproof Windows. Thank you

Lovely service very helpful, polite and efficient company. Very happy with the installation and quality of the sound proof windows.

My flat is very close to the Westway and Paddington station. The building is in a conservation area and the windows must be white powdered aluminium. I only realised after I had moved in the flat in December last year that the noise from the motorway was constant and the windows were keeping out a very small percentage of the noise from the traffic and the trains. Immediately I started looking for window solutions online. I came across many secondary glazing companies and a few window companies offering sound proof windows. I contacted at least 4-5 companies to arrange a consultation and to discuss what solutions they can offer me.
The Soundproof Windows (TSW) was the first company that visited my flat for a quotation. I was very impressed because they measured the noise and we discussed the best solution and they were even able to tell me what level of noise reduction I could achieve and that secondary sound proof windows were the best option for me. Replacing the existing windows with aluminium sound proof windows would not have the same effect in noise reduction. Secondary glazing would mask some of the noise but it would not be as effective as having thick sound proof windows.
At that time, I was not sure because I never needed to replace windows and never had a noise problem. I felt that I needed to do more research and speak to more companies to find out what was the best solution for my case. I needed optimum sound reduction, and also windows that looked good inside the flat and allowed the existing windows to open. After obtaining some quotes and specs from a few secondary glazing companies and a different sound proof window company I realised that they were not all offering the same type of glass as TSW, and they were not able to provide any examples of noise reduction. On the contrary, TSW had provided a few real-life case studies with videos and some of them had similar noise problems. After Christmas I had to decide because the noise was unbearable and I could only sleep with ear plugs.
I asked Sebastian from TSW to come for a second visit and to take more measurements and show me exactly what the windows will look in the flat. Sebastian was at all times very professional and his client skills were excellent. He was able to answer all my questions, and I did have many. He even organised for me to see in real life what level of noise reduction I should expect by arranging for me to visit the house of one of his old clients to see the windows. I did and I was really impressed. Her house was on a very busy road in Oval and with the secondary sound proof windows you could not hear any traffic. Sebastian also arranged for me to have a look at both the 51db and the 47db windows at their warehouse.
I ordered the windows at the end of January 2019. At the time I am writing this review is mid-April and the windows are finally installed. I am more than pleased with them. They look stunning and the noise reduction is exactly what I was told to expect. I am also extremely pleased with the people who installed the windows who were highly professional and did a great job. The constant noise from the motorway is now a thing of the past. I can hardly hear any sound from the trains also. It is the first time since I have moved in this flat that I have really felt at home. I would recommend The Soundproof Windows to anyone who has a similar noise problem and they require sound proof windows. I did a very thorough research and they are by far the best noise reducing product I came across.

Very professional - did a great job and were highly respectful of our home. The installation has cut out a huge amount of noise from outside.

Fantastic fitting, the guys attention to detail was faultless and they were so clean. The windows have made a noticeable difference and really look the part. Not soundproof but distinctly better. Very happy.

I had my old sash windows replaced by The Soundproof Windows around 6 months ago in my converted Shoreditch warehouse/loft. I am posting this review because it still ranks as the best ever home improvement I have undertaken, and I have had many over 20+ years.

The survey and quotation service is thorough. Installation time is not quick but that is because it is a bespoke product which needs to be made to measure and be transported from whichever country the windows are made, which are of the highest quality I have ever come across.

The quality and craftmanship of the windows and the work that goes into the fitting is simply outstanding. And to top it all off, the customer service is excellent - it's a really friendly and proactive team.

The noise levels have dropped a lot and it is really noticeable. An office building is currently being demolished opposite my flat and the noise is barely noticeable - the product is that good. And my central heating bills have dropped significantly as there are no longer any draughts.

It may not be the cheapest you will find, it may not be the quickest installation you are offered, but by heck these windows feel like they'll last a lifetime. And if you have to pay a little extra and wait a little longer, then you simply cannot go wrong with these guys.

Many thanks to Sebastian and the rest of The Soundproof Windows team

I ordered 3 large windows (two were triple glazed, 51db, the other double glazed 46db) from The Soundproof Windows. The initial consultation was very thorough and not at all pushy.

The installation took a little longer than expected to happen, but once the windows arrived they were very quick and professional - the house was left in immaculate condition.

The quality of the product is self-evident - all the fittings are high quality, and the materials excellent. The noise reduction is fantastic - it has made a significant improvement to my sleep since installation a few months ago.

Overall, highly recommended.

I recently had triple glazed imitation sash windows installed at my Victorian terrace house in Battersea for noise and heat insulation. I was very concerned about departing from the traditional sash windows but didn't want to spend a lot of money on expensive double glazed sash windows and still be disturbed by the flight path. The windows perform incredibly well and I no longer get woken up by the first flights coming across London to Heathrow at 5am. The house is also noticeably much warmer and less draughty. Whilst the imitation sash windows do not look exactly the same as traditional sash they are pretty close and much closer than standard casement windows. The trade off definitely works for me.

From quotation to completion, a very good service for a quality product. We are on an increasingly busy/noisy road with bay windows to the ground/first floors and a further single sash to the 1st floor front room. We were advised to opt for the triple-glazed sash imitation windows for maximum noise reduction. We did and what a difference. Suffice to say the first floor front room has now become the master bedroom, something that we would never have considered in the past. Ver happy with the result!

Excellent service from start to finish, I would highly recommend using The Soundproof Windows.

The soundproofing of the wall and fitting of new soundproof windows has made a huge difference to my bedroom which faces onto a busy red route.

The fitters did a great job, working over 3 days to fit the soundproofing and windows.

Thank you very much.
The windows are really good. Of course we can still hear planes but this is only because we are right under the pathway. At least, we're not waken by them anymore. They are like a whisper.

Excellent service

The quality of work is great and it has been such a relief to get the soundproofing installed. I can't believe we didn't do it earlier.
The wait time felt a bit long, but on the positive side that meant the windows were prepared to fit precisely and it didn't take long to install.
Would recommend

The team is so professional and really cares about quality. Any small issues were resolved quickly and the end result is STUNNING (and quiet!). On a historical loft conversion, I wouldn't trust anyone else and would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Super job, thank you!

We live in Clapham North, right under the Heathrow flight path. We acquired our house; a classic Victorian Terraced house. It had the classic PVC double glazed sash windows (10 years old, average quality but not great). Noise level from plane was significant when jumbo jets would fly over, especially at 5.30AM.
We opted for a triple glazed non sash option with different glass thicknesses (high performance, but looking similar), and it has completely solved the problem. We have very large bay windows, so there was a lot of window exposure for sound to come through.
The company is still young, a lot could be improved in terms of communication. However, the windows themselves are great and were delivered on schedule. 5*, cutting them some slack for not always keeping us fully involved.

Very good team, professional from A to Z. Not so often found in the building work industry!
