Bike Service
Second year that we have called here trying to get a service and it feels like we are asking for a favour. I was put on a waiting list and never called back. I understand Summer is a busy time with racing bikes but we would love to support local and get our bikes serviced here. The previous services we did get were great so it's a shame we now have to go elsewhere. Leaving three stars as don't want to take down overall rating of a good business.

Hi Jenny, first of all let me apologise that you weren't able to get a slot for your bike service. And secondly, thanks for giving 3 stars rather than 1 - much appreciated. We are aware that our system for booking in bikes can go a bit awry sometimes, particularly in the summer, when more bikes need servicing and there are less staff in the workshop due to holidays. We had introduced a new system this year in the hopes that we could try to get to everyone, but evidently that hasn't been 100% successful. I'll chat with the guys and see what further improvements we can make - Ciara

I've just made my first purchase from The Sports Room and I am so delighted I did. One of the items I looked for was just out of stock and Aoife from the shop rang me and offered me an alternative similar item. She was so friendly on the phone.
I'm so happy I found The Sports Room online shop, I'll be buying all of my swimming and cycling gear from them in the future and anyone that is reading this should do the same.
