I have tried other sticker companies but none come remotely close to Sticky Brand. They are head and shoulders above everyone in speed, quality and customer service!

I placed an order and, a few hours later, wanted to add something. I contacted them about it and got a response within about a day that I could not now combine orders. So I had to pay almost $9 in shipping fees twice. Honestly feel like customer service could have been more helpful. I do think they're good quality stickers, and I like their deals in general.

It was easy to navigate the website. I’ve ordered from Sticky Brand before and like the quality. I look forward to seeing my new stickers and hope they arrive in time!

Purchased numerous times, had one issue with an order and can’t get a response in regard to it. Very frustrating as it was delivered to the wrong address and I’ve reached out through every avenue thus far looking for a solution. Instead I’ve had zero response over it.

Sticky makes it so easy to order stickers, and the stickers are high-quality and makes it seem like you spent a fortune on them when in actuality, Sticky gave you an AMAZING price!

Honestly, it could not have been easier. User friendly. Easy check out. Customizable in all the ways I wanted. And I don’t have to order 500 stickers for $200! Just a sweet little hundo bundle for $20. Love it. Three orders and I’ll be back for more.

While the stickers themselves are good quality at a good price, the company is extremely unresponsive to any emails with questions about the order. Obviously with short timelines on production runs, things move fast, and yet no one was able to respond to me in over a day about concerns with my order. Disappointed with the lack of a response.

This rating is based off approving my proofs. 3 times in a row my simple question/request is being ignored. Now it’s been 2 days and I haven’t heard anything back. Still waiting. I’ve emailed as well.

I have asked to have my website put on the bottom of the sticker I don't see that anywhere and every time I was asked to look at a proof I never got a proof that had the website on it

I used this brand for a good long while because of the very affordable frequent deals, but recently it has been letting me down. Print quality is consistently a bit blurry/not crisp. Stickers have a bit of a rough texture, which is not a positive or a negative, it makes it feel more weatherproof. My real problem is that when trying to get a specialty type of sticker (metallic) it's been messed up every single time! It's like they are sent to print without anyone actually verifying if they're correct. They issued free reprints, but they take forever since you have to wait through the processing times again - this current time it's been 13 days and still no sign of the reprint having shipped. I've also had several stickers come with weird marks and lines, and poorly cut edges.

Overall feelings - if you want cheap, basic stickers, these will be adequate. If you want anything quality or special, look elsewhere! Sad to leave this brand behind but it's let me down too much recently.
