The Stray Ferret Opiniones

I rely on my quick daily check on the Stray Ferret App to keep me up to date with what is going on locally whether it’s about people, businesses, roads, Council etc. Its invaluable and easy to navigate. If you miss some days you can also retrieve older news! So its definitely worth investing in the subscription!

Having become thoroughly fed up with the local printed Gazettes (Ripon and Harrogate) - way too much advertising, way too little news - the Stray Ferret came as a breath of fresh air. Up to date news, regularly updated, reasonably well-written, no real quibbles apart from navigation which could do with improvement (if you click to read an item and then close it, the system takes you right back to the start and you have to scroll through all the headings again to get back to where you were).

Trustworthy quality journalism for local news & business. Well worth the subscription and great subscribers can benefit from the offers for restaurants , businesses etc . Wide range of topics covered and always up to the minute news .

The Stray Ferret keeps me advised of what is happening in and around Harrogate.

Invaluable

I love local news. News that makes me sit up and think and react. The Stray Ferret does that regularly and in a well considered and fair way. Thank you ST.

Fantastic local journalism. I’m so happy to support the Stray Ferret. I feel so connected with our local community. Well worth £4.99 a month.

I find the daily news updates from the Stray Ferret into my email inbox, really valuable . The latest local news headlines are presented concisely so I can read them quickly and follow links to stories that interest me.

I value the independence of the local journalists, reporting on news stories in a level tone, without hyperbole or sensationalism. I was particularly impressed with the reporting of a recent investigation into the business history and career of a director of a local defence technology firm.

I feel that I can trust the integrity and professionalism of the journalists at the Stray Ferret . This is especially important as a counter-balance to unverified information often circulating on social media. For less than a fiver a month, I feel that a subscription to the Stray Ferret is good value for money.

The Stray Ferret is invaluable for Harrogate residents to be immediately aware of important news stories and upcoming social activities in the local area.

I live in a small village and don't buy a county newspaper, so I rely on The Stray Ferret for all the local news and information. It is invaluable as an independent voice and worth every penny of the subscription to me.
