Received my lovely clothing items yesterday, Delighted with the style and quality of my purchase, ❤️❤️ my new go to online clothing company x

I love the Style Attic. Customer Service is brilliant - they reply to emails directly and very swiftly. Clothes are amazing and great value. Delivery is fast, returns are quickly processed. I'd say they have a Zara vibe but for a fraction of the price and with fabulous service. Small and family owned - as a company I would highly recommend.

I placed an order and received an email on 21st October 2025 confirming that my item had been shipped. The next day, I received an email from a customer service representative named Amy who said that the item was actually out of stock, despite me already having been told it had been sent. She offered me an alternative colour way, saying the red coat was still available so I replied confirming that I would like the red coat instead.
Since then, I’ve had no further response. I’ve sent follow-up emails and tried to contact the company through multiple social media platforms, but I’ve not heard back from anyone. The payment has already been taken, yet I’ve received neither the original item nor the replacement, and no communication to resolve the issue apart from the founder telling me on a live Facebook video to try and follow up as the correspondence may have been lost which I find unusual as I have followed up through various channels!

My first order will not be the last. What a great company that ticks all the boxes from their marketing to aftercare, simply perfect! I stumbled across their live showcase and instantly loved how 2 different sized models showed how each item looked. I ordered from the website which is easy to navigate, looks great and a bonus first order discount code. Shipping was super quick, customer service was outstanding with a personal welcome email, I immediately knew that if there was an issue that it would be resolved. The clothes are of great quality, well made and at really reasonable and affordable prices. I would highly recommend and I’ve already my next lot of clothes to my basket!

I’ve just placed my third order since April. My sister introduced me to TSA and I’m obsessed! I’ve always been wary of “one size” clothing as I’m a pear shape and have never trusted buying trousers online but I’ve loved every single item.(I now have 5 pairs of TSA trousers) All their items are of great quality, the feel of the fabric feels as good as how it feels and looks on. Love the quirky designs on a lot of their items, especially the shirts and dresses and it is now my favourite place to shop. Keep up your amazing service and style…I look forward to my parcel arriving and for one of the Wanderlist dresses to be back in stock 🤞🏻🥳

My first order unfortunately had to be returned, I bought as a gift but the fabric had a couple of marks (not the retailers fault). Customer service were fantastic! Communication was excellent, a full refund was given within a few days of returning, including the return p&p. Will most definitely be ordering from them again.

I genuinely could not have asked for any more from The Style Attic. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and the customer service from Jade was absolutely fantastic. I’m also over the moon with my dress. I’d not hesitate to buy from The Style Attic again. Thank you so much!

The quality of the clothing is excellent and the range is fabulous. Customer service is second to none. Returns are so easy and not a problem, at all. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. I also really look forward to the Tuesday live on Facebook/Instagram, where the new arrivals are showcased. Sizing is good as many items are one size, but those that are not one size are modelled by different sized models so you get a good idea of how it will look on you. My favourite shop for clothing.

I have bought from The Style Attic many many times, their clothes are fantastic. Most of them are one size but fit all. The founder Leigh Unwin and her team have a fabulous eye for fashion. Also, great value for money! Thank you guys x
