Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our sincere apologies. Receiving unmatched trousers is completely unacceptable, and we are deeply sorry for this mix-up and the disappointment it caused, especially with the item showing as unavailable online.

I have located your order in our system using your details. To help resolve this for you as quickly as possible, would you prefer a replacement suit or a full refund?

If you prefer a replacement: I will immediately check our physical store inventory for the matching trousers or work with you to select an equivalent suit of equal or higher quality.
If you prefer a refund: I will send over a prepaid return shipping label right away so you can ship the set back to us at zero cost, and we will process a full refund as soon as it arrives.

Please let me know which option you would prefer, and I will handle the rest for you right away!

We completely understand how disappointing it is to look forward to an order arriving, only to find that the fit isn't right, especially when the trousers feel a size or two smaller than expected.

Standard suit sizing traditionally uses a "drop" system (where a jacket size is paired with trousers 6 inches smaller in the waist), but cut and tailoring can vary significantly between different brands and fit profiles (such as Slim, Modern, or Classic fit). We deeply apologize that this cut did not match what you have experienced with other suits in the past.

We appreciate that you have decided to return the suit, and we want to make sure the process is as smooth as possible for you.

Your feedback regarding the sizing is incredibly valuable to us and helps us improve our product fit descriptions online. If you would ever like assistance choosing a different brand or exploring suit separates, where you can select your exact jacket and trouser sizes independently, please feel free to reply directly to this email or reach out to our team.
