We have ordered the breakfast for many years. This year the bacon was a slab of grease, the pancake syrup
was maple flavored high frutose corn syrrup. The quality of the other meats is less then averaage. This
will be our last purchase.

This is the worse place I have ever used. I have repeated use them after they screwed up several orders and then they billed my children for an order that I made. They sent packages to the wrong addresses wrong package to wrong people. Then they will not give me account number so I can track payments. After several attempts to use this company I am finished. They are the worse. Only concerned about there bottom line. I cannot even get my full account number from them. I just checked my account and they added three dollars for WHAT.
BUYER BEWARE

Ordered AC250 36 Petit Fours for #27.99 on Dec. 10, 2023. I also expected to receive AX1423 24 free Petit Fours & 7 oz of chocolates. I never received the 36 Petit Fours and only received item AX1346 7 oz chocolates. This was because I ordered before Dec. 12, 2023. The Petit Fours were never received for Christmas. The Fed X track says no information. It is Tues. 12/26 and I cannot contact Swiss Colony to either reorder my 36 Petit Fours or receive a refund. I plan never to use Swiss Colony again if I can't resolve my problems.

I requested a catalog 2 times. Never got it. Asked why thier shipping charges are amoung the highest anywhere, got no answer.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Sausage and cheese are size of your finger. I ordered for my family in Ohio, Swiss charged my card and shipped order. Two days later my family got a second order. Swiss sent me a letter billing me a second order and said they gave me credit. I never ordered this or asked for credit. Sent a message to customer service and never heard back. again, DON NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

My order for xmas was not delivered as I was told it would be. Funny part is I placed two orders 5 blockes away from each other. One made it with time to spare the other will not arrive untill December 28 2023.
No plan to trust them again.

I've ordered from Swiss Colony every year with no problems. This year I ordered before the date of cut off in order to get the items for Christmas. I will not receive my items until the 28th. I ended up having to spend more money at the grocery store in order to have treats for Christmas. I called and talked with a Customer Service Representative. She was very apologetic but couldn't do anything as the items had been shipped. I'm disappointed and unsure I'll order from them again.

I placed an order by the end of November 2023, never received, I requested to receive it about a week before Christmas, everyone specially kids, where expecting their goodies. I called today just to find out why I have note received it, and was answered by their bot, that my order needed some payment upfront. It also informed that I would get a written letter, well is Dec 23rd, that means they never send it, but that was not all, I was able to talk to a living person who informed my that the order was cancelled on my request! huh? Well it really looks that they don't care about their customer's specially when it happens to live in Puerto Rico. So for me, less problems to deal with. Another fictitious company that think we are their subjects and treat us like trash. And that is what they really are TRASH.

Shipped package to the wrong place and refused to do anything about it and wanted to charge my mom twice for the same thing, DO. NOT. BUY.

Ordered for ourselves and two other relatives (seperate addresses) on 12/08 for Christmas. Received two emails of order acknowledgement (12/8 and 12/9). 13 days later, received a letter in mail that order was cancelled (which was dated 12/11). No other contact was made to notify me. Said gift card payment was declined. Called to make payment and discuss expedited shipping, put on hold, then transferred, left on hold 14 minutes. Was stated they would 'see' if they can help with additional expedited shipping costs, then waited more than 10 more minutes and then hung up on.
Now I am scrambling to get other gifts to relatives for Christmas. They said they called me - LIE. Said they emailed me of updated status - LIE. They actually sent me a letter via US mail to contact me... unbelievable. Customer for almost 30 years and will NEVER use them again. Avoid Swiss Colony! I will start using Hickory Farms.

Called Swiss Colony today to inquire about my order and was told it had been cancelled by their Fraud department. The problem was that I was never notified that my order was cancelled. I did get a confirmation email that was my order was placed along with an order number. The "order status" showed the order was "not shipped" which I believed meant that the order was there, just not shipped yet. The Customer Service representative told me what happened but would not waive the expediated fee that was required to get my order before Christmas which was promised on the order. Never again will I do business with Swiss Colony!

I grew up with their products as my mother ordered for Christmas every year. She recently passed away so I figured why not give it a try myself for my friends and loved ones. Everything came within a week of my order and it was all fresh and delicious. Looks like I will carry on my mother's tradition.

The dark chocolate orange slices & other cand is nasty looking. It doesnt look like dark chocolate its white & gray and has cracks the orange slice look old also. Faded looking. Other items I sent to people said the icing was stuck to top of box and only had 5 cookies in tin. They were broke and stale. $198 I spent never again! The best thing they could do is go out of business because items are bad and customer service is the worst. They leave you on hold or intensionally hang up on you. You get transfered from one person to someone eles and have to repeat your problem again and again. Its exhausting and costly also they changed addressed of 2 orders and sent them somewhere I dont know? I think there stealing orders and employees are sending them to themselves. 2024 a new year fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Closing all accounts and dont care if I get bad credit I have no intension of paying them! Jo wonder people go postal and shoot people. Will post pictures online later. One look at my candy and you couldnt give to small kids!! I hope there is karma any way swiss colony should be called shady colony!

Do not use!!!! This company will not let you edit/modify let you cancel (even if right away! I accidentally made 2 orders. Called and emailed company right away and was told by 3 different people that “normally “ you may be able to make changes but not during Christmas. Then spoke to a Sarah (supposed supervisor) and she flat out said she wouldn’t listen to a complaint and hung up on me. In reality all I needed to do was cancel one of the orders. I also couldn’t get ahold of customer service for hours and was never responded to with an email. Total scam company. Again, would definitely recommend using a different company with a better selection and flavor. Updated-received products and was extremely disappointed with the quality of it. We literally ended up throwing away almost $500. Can't say it enough, DO NOT USE!

I ordered 6 times over a month period. 1 arrived on time. 2 arrived after Thanksgiving and they were both for Thanksgiving. 3 were lost and Swiss colony didn’t bother contacting me regarding it. 2 were in one order, the other was separate. The customer support person said that their shipping department “has issues”

My mother got the fancy cookies last year. I tried one (very pretty). Tasted like it was processed with floor cleaner.
I am not going to even try to eat any of what my sister just sent us.
My mom died this past year. I have no idea what part if any your product may have played in her death. Vomiting was her first symptom.

Really poor customer service. The “Free gift” they advertise is somewhat of a scam. You have to request it - they don’t offer it.

Really disappointed in the way they handle issues and customers. I’m moving on and not ordering from then any more - after 20 plus years.

My first time ordering from Swiss Colony and it was amazing. I ordered the flavored jelly beans Jelly Bellies the 24 petite fours the licorice tin the 15 chocolate truffles the 24 liquor truffles the 3/4 fruit Delights I in order to Christmas bears and I received the 24 petite fours free and the ultimate chocolate collection my order was due to it arrived last Friday but alas it came that Tuesday everything was there. I was so pleased with the order. The only thing I dislike about the Swiss Colony is I threw the catalog away I want to order something else and they don't have it online where I can see it

This company makes false claims, including by letting you select the date range when your items will arrive. That date is then ignored, and the items are sent out over 10 days before the selected time, meaning they will be stale and unusable for the event needed. I could have handled it through customer service, but instead of even being placed on hold to eventually talk to a human being, I was repeatedly hung up on after navigating the annoying automated system, due to supposed "call volume."

Could not get through to customer service for two days of calls and sent emails that were never answered. Was not able to change or cancel my shipments. Antiquated ordering/shipping systems and horrible customer service. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
