Easy to use website, good selection of sweets, very quick delivery. Will always use this site for our sweets.

Have ordered few times now they always right always the sweets I chose and fast delivery! Defo recommend them

Sweets were nice and quickly dispatched but took 6 days to actually arrive despite paying £3.49 for delivery. I’ve used this company a few times and it is the same each time. I won’t be using again as long as they don’t give other delivery options using a different company (Yodel are useless!)

Best place for pick and mix - I won’t go anywhere else now. Super fast delivery and great tasting sweets.

All I can say is delicious, quick delivery and good price.

Very Disappointed!!! I paid for some sweets including express delivery which was £4.95 extra that would deliver my parcel within 1-2 days, however it's been 6 days now and nothing has turned up, Until I received a Notice from Royal mail that the sender didn't pay the full postage and that I had to pay an extra £3.50 fee in order for them to re-deliver it. I've been trying to contact TheTastytreats.co and haven't received any reply or help on this matter. I will not be returning customer!!!

Terrible service, I ordered as a birthday gift in good time according to the website’s 2-3 working day delivery policy. The sweets took over double this time to arrive which resulted in me having to purchase an alternate gift elsewhere. I tried contacting tasty sweets 5 times and even asked for a refund. No response at all on email, live chat or form submission online. Couldn’t locate a telephone number for them. I’ve received no response to date (8 days after initial contact) and no refund.

THIS COMPANY IS IN ADMINISTRATION AS OF MARCH 2022. I made a recent order (luckily not a big one like others have) and have yet to receive anything. After searching there company due to zero replies to my many emails and direct messages I searched for them on the GOV uk website and have found they have recently dissolved. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER OR MONEY BACK!

I ordered sweets nearly 4 weeks ago, they didn’t initially turn up so I was asked to confirm my address, which I did immediately. The sweets still didn’t turn up. They have ignored multiple emails and messages and don’t answer the phone. Terrible service, won’t be using again and would not recommend.

AWFUL company. Ordered sweets. Were supposed to arrive within 3 working days. Didn’t arrive till 8 working days after. Refused delivery as no longer needed. Been chasing ever since for a refund. No response to any emails, phone calls, DM’s on instagram. Pathetic customer service!!

Ordered on the 5th march, didn’t receive until the 11th. One pack was missing from the parcel. I suspect it was taken by the yodel driver.

Certainly wouldn’t order from them again. On the back of the packet they state the sweets should be consumed within 4 weeks of receiving the pouches. It took a week to get to me so I have 3 weeks. This should be clearly stated before you purchase. Shockingly not everyone is able to finish 5-6kg of sweets in 3 weeks. Not particularly tasty either. Overall disappointed.

Quality of sweets are great. They arrived swiftly. On my 2nd or 3rd order I tried to use one of the promo which I was sent and I thought it got automatically added to the order but I got the order it hadn’t, it was a like free bag of sweets or something. I did email them prior to the order being despatched but got no response, but heigh Ho this is life. 🤷🏼‍♀️
