I ordered sweets a week ago expecting a 2-3 day dispatch. Still no dispatch email and the company are not answering my calls or emails. Not very impressed at the moment!

Shocking company
Shocking company, don’t dispatch item within their own process times, they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails, ordered 3 working days ago and Royal Mail haven’t even received the package. Avoid like the plague.

Despite the delayed delivery I must say the sweets are fantastic. They taste super fresh in comparison to other sweet companies that I've ordered from. I received everything I selected in my 1kg pouch. Almost 20 different sweets! Will definitely order again 100%. ❤

Great Sweets poor customer service
Sweets arrived quickly, packaged nicely and were nice and fresh. however two packets were missing. I had to message them twice before I got a response only to find out they had run out of the item and there was a note in the package to explain this (there was not). I received a refund a later that day.
Overall good sweets, but the company is kinda rude/unresponsive

Such good quality sweets
Such good quality sweets. The bags are always packed, fast delivery too. I’ve ordered twice now and haven’t been disappointed in the slightest. The custom bags are the best way to try sweets.

Do not order from here
I have ordered from this place twice. The first time I had a bad experience my sweets arrived late and they left out certain things I ordered but I decided to give it a second chance. I had the 3 for 2 deal and it took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive!! This is not good enough for any service I understand this is a small and upcoming business but if you cannot fulfil orders in a timely manner you simply should not be open or doing excessive deals like this. It is a shame but I will not be ordering from here again.
