Great selection and quality
Yes, love the Tea Makers of London. A great selection of quality tea though I mostly buy their peppermint leaves, which are the best I've found for a fresh Peps tea in the mornings. Always quick delivery and well packaged for freshness and quality.

The Supreme Earl Grey is very special
The Supreme Earl Grey is very special. Although the tea has to be imported into Germany at a fairly high cost due to EU regulations, I will keep buying it. There is no other tea that is both intensely flavorful and natural like this one.

The tea is great. Also customer services
The tea is great.
There was a problem with the delivery, but as soon as I raised it, they contacted DPD and started to reissue my order. Fortunately DPD found the lost parcel, delivered it a week late, and the reissue was cancelled.
In all this I felt listened to and heard with grace and courtesy. Thank you Maddie.

Proper Green tea
It’s easy to order, quick delivery but the main thing is the quality of the tea. I buy green tea and try different types. This is top quality tea, very very different to the cheap green tea sold in supermarkets.

Hello, Saima
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We are thrilled to hear that your items arrived on time, were easy to prepare, and that you enjoyed their great taste and aroma.
Regarding the mint flavour, our Moroccan Mint is our unique take on the traditional North African drink, which typically combines green tea, spearmint and sugar, using an American Peppermint twist in our blend. We chose this name to reflect that style, but we sincerely apologise if the description was misleading.
We truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us, and we hope to serve you again soon!
Many thanks,
Maddie

Free delivery on orders over £40. Tea priced at £39.95 forcing you to pay delivery or buy extra to cover this.

Hello, Steve
Thank you for your feedback.
We understand that it can be frustrating to fall just short of the free delivery threshold when purchasing a specific item. However, our free delivery threshold is set at a minimum order value of £40.00, and our extensive range of teas includes products priced at various points to suit different preferences.
While we recognise that buying a 1kg pack of a specific tea leaves a small margin before threshold, we believe our pricing structure remains fair and accurately reflects the exceptional quality of our teas. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back soon.
Many thanks,
Maddie
