Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience with The Tiny Toddlers. I ordered a car seat on 30th March with a 7–12 day delivery estimate, but it never arrived.
Communication was poor throughout updates were vague and unhelpful, giving the impression they were delaying rather than resolving the issue. For something as important as a car seat, this level of service is unacceptable.
Update (18th April) A FedEx label was created on the 14th, but the parcel was never handed over. Tracking showed no movement. Tiny Toddlers blamed FedEx, but FedEx confirmed they never received the item, suggesting the company was not being truthful.
I requested a full refund. As of 17th May, it’s been processed and is due within 2–4 working days. On a positive note, the refund was handled quickly and customer service was better at this stage.

No sign of carseat and no communication from Tiny Toddlers

Ordered a car seat 15th March with 7-12 working day delivery time promised. No sign of car seat or updates so I contacted them 1st April - they advised they were expecting a shipment and would despatch to me immediately on receipt of this. No further updates 10 working days later so I have requested a cancellation.

Over a month shipping delay

Bought a car seat, they haven't shipped it for over a month - because apparently it was out of stock. However no one bothered to contact me. Their replies to my email did not sound apologetic, nothing was offered in return.
Very disappointed - waste of time.

Do not use

Do not use. I ordered a car seat base and 3 weeks later absolutely zero updates. I contacted customer service and got a dismissive email saying to wait 12 working days. That time passed and no progress. Seems they are happy to take your money but don't have the stock or resource in place to fulfil the order.

AVOID AVOID AVOID ⛔️

I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a steriliser on 9th March and was told it would arrive at their warehouse by 16th March and be dispatched shortly after. After chasing multiple times, I was then told they would receive the item by 27th March and dispatch it immediately. They provided a tracking number on 1st April, but there have been zero updates since- it just says “label created,” so clearly it hasn’t even been handed to the courier.

ALMOST A MONTH DELAY! Absolutely ridiculous. The gift was meant for a baby shower. The baby is already born-thanks to their delay, the gift is ruined. Terrible communication, broken promises, utterly useless service. Never ordering from this site again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.

Over a month and still not delivered.

If you want it quick then I wouldn’t bother. Took 2 and half weeks to get a tracking number. And then after another week and half it still hadn’t been picked up. Absolute Joke, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Maybe cheap but not worth it

Do not deliver in time

I ordered and paid for a travel car seat in January this year assuming that it would be processed & dispatched as stated on the website within 3 weeks. It has now been 10 weeks and I still have not received my item. Customer service is very good at offering an apology and promising to "follow-up" the problem, but it does not achieve anything. I would seriously caution anyone outside of the US, who is considering buying anything from this shop as the delivery timeframe is not reliable at all. Very easy to place blame on the courrier company.
