Terrible customer service. I’ve been trying to return a pair of lamps for three weeks and I cannot get any instructions from Top Lamp. This is highly unusual and unprofessional.

Purchased 2 Eleadora Nordic Minimalist Elegant Morandi Soft Metal Pendant Lights finished in Milk Glass/ Antique Brass. They are absolutely stunning and the quality is excellent. The brass is excellent quality and looks better than I was anticipating.
I definitely recommend Top Lamp and I'm sure I will end up being a return customer.
DONT buy from this company. This is a scam. I purchased a ceiling light and it arrived broken. I have emailed several times to refund and no one responds. Their return policy is impossible and is a set up for the consumer being stuck with the cost ***even if the item is broken.
From the web page pertaining to a broken or defective item:
"Damaged Returned Items:
While returning an item, ensure it is properly packaged. Refunds cannot be issued for damaged returns. If damage occurs during return shipping, we advise filing a claim with the carrier and notifying us within 14 days of damage."
HUH???? Refunds cannot be issued for damaged returns. This is insane business practice. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company and I hope they back me up while this company hides in China.
I ordered the lights in August. I didn't receive them until the end of September. A month later. Then one of the lamps came defective. I contacted them only to have them haggle me about paying to ship it back. Finally they shipped the replacement at their charge, but then they sent the small lamp not the one I purchased. I just received the replacement at the end of December. 4 months waiting on lights and now I have to start all over.
Although it took quite awhile to receive my sconces, the wait was definitely worth it. I did bug Customer Service for updates but I always got a timely and pleasant response. The sconces are beautifully made and stunning in my refurbished powder room.
