I've shopped from The Tot since 2019 and every item I've received has been fantastic quality and each order was quickly fulfilled, whether it was shipped from The Tot or directly from the manufacturer. Due to the unique circumstances of supply chain issues during COVID, a furniture order might take a few extra days but everything has always come in great condition. Recently, I ordered some monogrammed Halloween baskets and the customer care team responded to all of my questions when I had to change shipping from USPS to FedEx. I love that The Tot does so much research in curating safe, eco-conscious products all in one place.

My order number is 442650
My order number is 442650. I was given 9/28 as an arrival date for our dresser. It’s 9/30 today and I have received no updates even though I have called and messaged and emailed. All the website says is that my order is being processed but still gives the same arrival date.
I would have appreciated some sort of notification that the order would be late so that I could plan accordingly. 3 days of waiting to hear back from customer services is too long for something like this where I have paid for shipping and the product. Original purchase was on 9/13.
I would give them no stars until I hear back. I wanted to support a business other than Wayfair or Amazon but I am disappointed with this company’s communication and will think twice about ordering from them in the future.

Unfortunately, it looks like your order did run into shipping delays due to worldwide container shortages and carrier delays. Please note we do have a 1-3 day response time with our customer service team and reply to inquiries in the order they are received. When we hear of a shipping delay from a vendor, we do our best to alert the customer of the delay within 24 hours from when we receive the notice. This is scammer
This is scammer. The border free account sent me email confirmations for multiple THE TOT orders but I only placed one order. It shows up two different unauthorized transactions yesterday and another one today which I have no idea where the amount came from.

Borderfree does not charge your credit card until they have shipped your order from our international distribution center.
In some cases, you may see a duplicate charge on your card but rest assured one of them is just the authorization that will drop off once the actual payment is charged when your order is shipped.

completely in the dark on my order from 12 weeks ago.
I have had to follow up every couple weeks on my order. It has been 12 weeks since I ordered a dresser and I have not received any real update. All the dates I was provided by customer service has passed weeks ago. The last update I got was basically saying if I want to cancel my order I can. I definitely want this dresser immediately. I don't know if this means I will never get it? Its impossible to get a response.

I was nervous ordering from The Tot because I had read some of their bad reviews. I decided to bug someone on Instagram who had ordered from them and they said they had a good experience, so I ordered a blanket from the tot. It took 5 days for my order to be delivered, and I was updated on shipping throughout. The product is really good quality. It was a good experience for me!

We ordered a crib and dresser. Great service
We ordered a crib and dresser from The Tot. Due to the issues with manufacturing and shipping, there were delays. The Tot kept us well informed and act the cause the manufacturer could not guarantee any delivery, we worked with customer service and they were able to quickly help me reorder the set in a different color and it was delivered quickly and is beautiful. Kudos to the customer service team, especially Ms Gutierrez.

Overpromised Underdelivered
Says on the website that the mattress I ordered will leave warehouse in 5 biz days and delivery in 5-10 biz days. Now one month later, the items are still stuck in some random warehouse for "processing". Would never shop with them again. Unnecessary stress especially when you need the items for a baby that's coming soon. Customer Service is also pretty useless with generic answers and minimal follow-up.

I was pleasantly surprised with the…
I was pleasantly surprised with the fast, courteous and professional customer service I received. We ordered the diaper pail for our daughter in law and when she opened it, it had a huge dent! Jessica at The Tot was able to reorder and deliver a new diaper pail directly to my daughter in law’s home…and just on time! The baby is due next week! Because of the great service, I will continue to be a customer and recommend them to all my friends and family!

I ordered a toy that I realized it was too small after ordering. I called the next day and James, the representative I talked to, was so extremely helpful. He filled my return and it was so kind while doing so. I have many toys from this company and between the quality and Customer service, I would highly recommend.

Wooden Toy arrived damaged
The Wooden Anatomy set I ordered arrived at my house in a damaged box with half of the pieces missing. I realize this is more of a shipping issue and not really something The Tot could have helped. I did receive a refund for the product but what I really wanted was still the product! Was hoping to get more info on when it would restock but The Tot was sadly unable to say. Hoping to see it again sometime on the site.
