I transported my bike using their services everything was fine, i received the bike within 3 days except one indicator of my bike was broken, nothing that some glue couldn't fix

Amazing service
Mr Vishal was very helpful from the start till the end. The transportation service was speedy and reliable. Right from the pick up point till delivery each person was kind and helpful. It’s a home to home service, I did not have to lift a single package. My packages were handled and delivered with care; and no damage was done.

Mr.Vishal of this company followed from the beginning till the packages reached Chennai from Ahmedabad. All the items received in good condition. Both at the time of pick up and at the time of delivery no one asked for extra money.
Very neatly organised by Mr.Vishal.
All done through phone only.
I booked on 29th May 2025 at Ahmedabad and received at Chennai on 3rd June 2025.
Our sincere thanks to him.

I recently took the service from the transport packer and mover for shifting from Noida to Dausa (raj).mr Yogesh Kumar explained in everything in detail and was very helpful.
The packing and loading team also a great job.
The packed everything carefully and loaded it powerply.

No services taken, down payment not refunded though promised
Till they got my down payment and deciding on the pick-up date of my electronic item it seemed good but the moment I decided not to go with them all communication ceased after I was promised (WhatsApp message) that the down payment would be refunded within 48 hours but even after more than 5 days no refund was offered. It is now over a week since that promise. All communication has been terminated from their end. Emails, messages all go unanswered. I have taken up the case with the Consumer Hotline hoping for a resolution. Two stars for the initial responses they were providing otherwise I would just give them one star.
Update - May 26. Tried calling the number they have provided (in the response) yesterday and today the 26'th and it says the number is outside the network area. I also sent an e-mail yesterday to the support e-mail address provided and I don't think I'll get any response. It is very likely that I will be changing the rating to one star soon.
Update - May 27. Changed rating to one star for the poor response and service.
Update - August 19. No refund as yet. Consumer Hotline has also given up on them as there is no response from them.

Chasing my household shifted from vijaywada to lucknow but no confirmation. Few of them responded initially but with no answer . now they stopped responding also. Talks only about money and they dont have any idea where the household is missing. Need to go and file complaint for this

Improve your service as per technology
Little bit late and expensive but I got my package. And it is requested to add or improve your live delivery status as like other service providers so that the customer relax until the package reached at there desired location. And please whoever handle your numbers please trained them to talk with polite. If you add your live delivery status definitely you grow more because for customer the package is more important than money . There are many service providers in the market why they again takes service from you or recommends you to others. So please be professional. I got my package but between that I am totally blind. Extremely Disappointing Experience with The Transporter Packers and Movers - Never Trust Them
I entrusted The Transporter Packers and Movers with a parcel containing clothes and home decor items, which was sent from Gurugram to Delhi on 1st January 2025. The LRN number was 272796006. It has now been over 12 days, and my parcel is still missing with no delivery in sight.
Despite several attempts to contact customer support, I received no solid response. The representative I spoke to was rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy toward my concerns. The parcel was valued at ₹50,000, and due to this delay, I have already lost around ₹2,00,000 in business over the past 10 days.
This experience has been nothing but frustration and loss. I strongly advise against using The Transporter Packers and Movers for any logistics needs. They clearly lack the competence to handle shipments properly. I will be pursuing legal action soon, and I will never recommend their services to anyone.
