I actually bought my wedding dress to suit this necklace, rather than the other way around. I was looking for jewellery for my wedding but hadn't committed to any particular piece until I saw the Elisse Three Row Pearl Choker. I even got it custom made for a particular length and had such a good experience with the process. I have worn the necklace multiple times since and always get compliments. No regrets!

The moment I saw the Elisse 3 Row Pearl Choker I fell in love with it. It’s such a beautiful and timeless piece. I’ve been wearing it for a long time now and the quality is still amazing - it still looks just as gorgeous as when I first got it.

I honestly get so many compliments whenever I wear it, and I was so happy with the quality that I also purchased an anklet. Tiffany’s jewellery is definitely some of my favourite to wear and my go-to!

Very annoying. I bought a birthstone necklace for my daughter born in July - Tiffany had advertised this jewellery as being waterproof and tarnish proof. All the socials and her website said this! (I note that this has now all been taken down which is very suspicious considering all the bad reviews on this website!!!!)

When I put the birthstone necklace on at the beach, the plating had tarnished and quite literally, dissolved in patches off the chain. I emailed and waited days for a response. Tiffany's customer service is very patronising and she insinuated I did something wrong with the jewellery instead of owning up to the poor quality jewellery. To make matters worse, the almost $200 necklace I spent my hard earned money on, I found on alibaba for a mere dollar. Not happy.

I saw this brand on an ad through Instagram and thought some of their pieces looked cute! I had to get something for my wedding and purchased weeks in advance because I am very anxious about late delivery etc.

Everything was fine until my wedding day. Note that I tried the earrings on - they were the Samantha II prior to my wedding to ensure they would work well, and they did.

I was literally walking DOWN the aisle only to feel something drop from my face and onto the floor - my earrings. The strand of metal the pearls were hanging on dropped in half.

I was obviously confused - I had spent almost $300 on these. I had to leave them because I was in the middle of a ceremony and had to just wear them just as the studs for the remainder of my wedding. When I eventually got into contact with the team, I had to wait 2 weeks to hear a generic response and to be told that nothing was wrong with my earrings and I must've been mishandling them.

Sorry!? Why would I purchase almost $300 worth of earrings and mishandle them during my ceremony as I'm walking DOWN the aisle!? I was then told that I couldn't receive a refund, and that if I wanted a new pair, I would have to PAY FOR A NEW ONE. With a measly 20% off.

Never again. NEVER SHOP HERE.

I had the most wonderful experience with The Traveller Series. From the very beginning, Tiff made everything feel so personal and special. I booked a one-on-one styling session with Tiff to help select my bridal jewellery, and it was honestly one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process.

Tiff was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to really understand the vision I had for my wedding day - the overall look I was going for, the finish and tones I preferred and the finer details of my dress. She carefully guided me through different options, explaining how each piece would complement my gown without overpowering it. I never felt rushed or pressured; instead I felt completely supported and understood.

What made the experience even more special was how collaborative it felt. Tiff was so invested in helping me create something unique and meaningful. In fact, she even added a new style named after me, which is such an incredible honour! It made me feel so valued as a bride and a client.

I received my pieces yesterday and I am absolutely blown away. The quality is stunning, the craftsmanship is impeccable, and they are even more beautiful in person than I imagined. Trying them on made everything feel so real - I could instantly picture how they’ll complete my bridal look.

Now I just can’t wait to wear them on my wedding day….. even if I do have to wait until November. Thankyou Tiff for such a thoughtful, personalised and unforgettable experience. I couldn’t recommend The Traveller Series more highly 🤍

Funny that all of a sudden all these "5 star reviews" are coming in on the same days that all sound exactly the same. If you can stomach reading them, they all talk about product longevity, passing them down as 'heirlooms', and versatility of wear—all things their marketing team overhype on their bland ads.

She claims to have 20,000 sales yet only 80-odd reviews on the website, all of them positive...yet all the negative reviews found on Facebook, Trustpilot and Reddit didn't make it to the website? The owner deletes bad reviews from her website and floods TrustPilot with fake 5 star reviews.

I had a terrible experience myself. Customer service is bad and the owner is very condescending, argumentative and rude. Pearl quality is average and the metals tarnish quickly. She is delusional and thinks her product is amazing quality-just look at the prices she charges for flash plated metal and glued pearls. They expect you to pay for returns, pay a restocking fee (!!!) and you can ONLY receive store credit to purchase more of their cheap junk.

!!! AVOID THIS BRAND !!! v expensive mistake for me.

Purchased a stunning pair of pearl earrings from the Traveller Series for my 30th birthday 4 years ago and and still wearing them today!The quality and customer service has been superb. I would strongly recommend! I am about to purchase a matching pearl necklace for me and my partner.

I recently purchased the Samantha II drop earrings from the Traveller Series and couldn’t be happier. They are even more beautiful in person — elegant, timeless and incredibly well crafted.

I instantly fell in love when I saw them online, and discovering we shared the same name felt like a little sign that they were meant for me. Truly a special piece that I will treasure for years to come.

I've been wearing my TTS jewellery since 2020 - absolutely love the timeless designs and enduring quality. The Anne chain and Adeline choker have accompanied me for years and still hold their initial elegance and shine. I wore the Pim Pearls on my wedding day, pair the Kimberly studs with my office looks, and even golf in my December (tanzanite) earrings!!

I highly recommend buying from The Traveller Series. I purchased the Elisse Double Pearl Hook earrings over three years ago and have worn them countless times. They are still in perfect condition. I loved wearing them on my wedding day, and I’ve also enjoyed wearing them for everyday occasions. They’re classy, beautiful, and high quality.

I’ve been buying from The Traveller Series since December 2022. My first pieces were the Alisa Pearl Earrings and the Adeline 3 Row Choker, and I was immediately impressed by how refined and well-made they felt.

Since then, I’ve purchased 10 pieces in total — 1 bracelet, 2 necklaces, and 7 pairs of earrings, many from the pearl collection, including the Pim Petite, Kimberly Pearl Hoops, and Samantha II Earrings. Every piece has been consistent in quality and design, and each of them looks as good as the day I bought them.

Their jewellery has truly become a staple in my wardrobe. It pairs effortlessly with a wide range of looks — from everyday casual-chic outfits to more sophisticated evening wear — without ever feeling overdone. The designs are timeless, elegant, and easy to wear.

After more than three years as a customer, I’m very happy with everything I’ve bought, and I’ll definitely continue adding to my collection.

I'm so happy with the purchase of my November citrine necklace. I could appreciate the fine workmanship and received many compliments. My order arrived well packaged and promptly. Now a year and a half later, it's still in perfect condition - a testament to The Traveller Series quality. Thank you the whole team - I highly recommend, and will be back!

I got my bridal wardrobe earrings from The Traveller Series and they are truly some of my favourite pieces of jewellery I have ever owned. I ended up wearing pearl earrings for my bridal shower, welcome party and wedding day - the pieces are so beautiful and I've recommend it to all my brides to me - The team are just so incredible and talented! The have now become part of my regular jewellery rotation well past my wedding I’m obsessed.

DO NOT BUY from this company - customer service is extremely poor and jewellery stones do not represent colour stated in photos. If you wish to return they are very resistant to returns and make you pay for restocking and shipping.

I’m really disappointed with the quality of the necklace I purchased from The Travellers Series last Christmas (2024). I bought it as a special gift for my sister, who was pregnant with her son Oscar at the time. It was meant to be a meaningful keepsake to commemorate that time in her life.
Unfortunately, the necklace has not held up at all. Despite her taking good care of it and never wearing it in the ocean or exposing it to harsh conditions, the gold has completely faded, and the golden coating is peeling particularly on the letter "O," which is now only halfway visible.
It’s heartbreaking, as she no longer wears it, and what was supposed to be a sentimental piece now looks worn and cheap.
Not recommend! Expensive bad quality jewellery.

Bought both the birthstone necklace and initial. The birthstone doesn't look like the photo at all—it honestly looks like resin? And the Initial and chain are both very flimsy and already starting to discolour. I wanted to refund but they don't offer refunds...and they make you pay to restock plus ship back to them, for store credit...which just isn't worth it to me. Lesson learned! I did a quick google and found the same items on etsy for a fraction of the price. Not at all high quality or original design handmade jewellery, just cheap stuff that's probably drop shipped from China.

I also think it's a little fishy that their emails claim 12000+ customers but they only have 67 reviews, and they're all 5 stars, and yet I'm finding a lot of bad reviews for the traveller series all over the internet. The math ain't mathing, they obviously delete bad reviews.

Honestly don’t waste your time. If your ordering outside Australia be prepared to pay at least 30% extra in import charges, custom fees and handling fees what not which is not clearly stated at the checkout and the customer service is just non existent. From a quality perspective the item I bought and item I bought in the past are really quite poor, Mrs likes them granted but the quality is flimsy and just doesn’t feel of quality. I’ve ordered from these previously as stated and had no issues with importation which is why it’s infuriating, there’s no consistency with how this works and the company themselves are just unhelpful when it comes to resolving matters so while there’s a sale on and it might look a good deal, just move on and shop elsewhere because there’s many hidden charges, the service is dreadful and the quality is no better than a 4/10. Trust me, avoid these people

I bought two items from this store. A pair of pim petite pearl earrings which arrived within a week which was great and the second was an Elisse Pearl necklace which after a month has still not arrived. An investigation from their “courier” has concluded the item lost. I have requested a refund from the store and been offered a 20% discount for the next time I shop with them instead. I will not be shopping with them again and highly recommend anyone looking for similar products to spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered from this store for the first time on a Saturday night. I ordered two birthstones and a chain. After I clicked pay I realised I’d ordered the wrong chain. I emailed straight away (twice!) as was very eager to correct my issue, only to receive an email 2 days later saying that unfortunately they won’t help and that if I want to request a change of mind I’ll need to do so after I receive the product. I would need to complete a return form, pay for return postage plus a further 5% restocking fee. This seems pretty crazy to me as the brand claims to be made to order and they have social media videos of them doing boxing videos so why can’t they just help me before I have to pay an extra $24 in postage plus 5% in restocking? This all came from a representative that didn’t identify themself and didn’t even sign off with a yours sincerely or kind regards or whatever (not a huge deal but really annoyed me). Eventually my “case” was moved up (after my order was already sent) to someone who tried to explain while currently they are made to order they are soon moving to being made prior and orders being sent from a fulfilment group.. which is great but also means they should have been able to help me.
Then I received the jewellery and neither of the birthstones look as pretty as in the photos and the chain I accidentally ordered is too small for me (not the companies fault, mine for ordering wrong thing) and I feel so sick with the whole process just looking at the jewellery makes me feel sad. Maybe overreacting but I get anxiety having conflict so now lots of negative emotions over what was supposed to be a real treat getting some expensive jewellery.

Edit: I probably could get a refund at this stage judging by the tone in the latest email I received but I’m just going to let it lie. The stones don’t look as pretty but probably more a lighting issue. The chain I’ll just try sell separately opposed to any more back and forth. They did also offer me a 20% off code and said they would review how they do things in future.

TTS just responded to my review 2 years later.., this prompted me to look at previous reviews. Not a smart strategy to ask all your friends or create fake profiles to make reviews all within the same few days. Very obvious you’re trying to flush out the bad reviews you’ve received!

To add to my review, my necklace didn’t hold up either.
