Super pleased with their products and service! I am very experienced with grounding and have used several mats and sheets over the years. I have never found any mat as aesthetically pleasing and functional ever. These guys really know what they are doing and the support they offer is immaculate with quick shipping to Auckland!. Also, I love their hydrogen bottles!

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The grounding sheet is a scam. The NZ plug won't work and they will block emails after they send you another plug and then request you send videos to prove that it doesn't work. I have the proof and videos of me trying the plug around the home. I have no reason to lie as I wanted the product and waited for the second plug. Scam company.

Never had an issue with these guys. They always communicate with you and provide up to date tracking. My order was accessories and grounding sheets. It came super quick (even when I'm rural) and I was surprised by how good the quality was, I bought 10 more for my whanau. They are very responsive, so I've never had to worry. I know I am well taken care of when I buy from them. They provide their email address in every communication so it is easy to get in touch.

Love their products. I've been buying from this store for a long time, referred my friends too. I've bought their grounding mats - super affordable and they come right each time. Also, I bought many of their garments and clothing items. The staff is super helpful, guide you well, overall good blokes. Not sure what the other reviewers here are on about, they probably got mixed up with some other store.

Lack of communication about a product sent & not fit for purpose. Bought a grounding sheet & had wrong plug, not fit for NZ socket. Took days to get contact so went outside the 14 day refund policy. Very hard to find a way to contact them. No physical address or phone number

Took forever to receive item! No response to emails sent. When it arrived wrong size & such poor cheap quality! Have been trying to return but they’re ignoring me! Warning to others Do Not buy! Positive Reviews are from fake people!

I brought a garment from these guys online and it was not what it looked like on their website. It took
over a month to get to me. I sent emails to their customers service email and wanted to return the garment back. A year later still haven't heard from them. I can only assume that these guys don't want to respond to disappointed customers...
