We have tried many of these curry kits and they are brilliant. Each one we try is better than the one before. They are so easy to use and the instructions are great to follow. Looking forward to working our way through the collection!

I saw these packs in Whitby but ordered a 6 pack online once home! The smell is amazing, I admit! I made the balti or planned to, on possibly the hottest day of the year in a red heat warning! Id read the instructions inside the packet, then forgot how much prep was needed! Boiling and puree ingredients onions and carrots.. so prep was done and curry cooked early the next day. It was all easy enough other than the prep work, I tampered with the instructions as 200ml of oil seemed a lot so I winged it a bit, but over all, the balti is lovely! Very flavourful but spicier than i expected (im a heat wuss, thought i could deal, I was so wrong!). Looking forward to a cooler cook of another curry! Warning - this is not an add to meat and cook kind of product, you have to put some effort in and buy some stuff like cream! Its worth it though!

Whilst this curry recipe company's products I have tried so far are perfect. their response to questions is to date, non existent. I have tried to contact them regarding their Butter Chicken Curry kit. The instructions for the marinade frankly are a joke. Making the marinade exactly as instructed results in a thick paste, approx 2 eggcups full which you are then told to POUR over 800g of diced chicken, making sure each piece is fully coated. Unless you have magical powers, I defy anyone to cover every piece of 800g of diced chicken with a small amount of thick curry paste. If anyone is interested, (TheTwisted Curry Co isn't ) there is a simple solution. Simply place the 800g of chicken into a sturdy ZipLok bag, add the thick paste and warm water. Seal the bag and carefully massage the contents. I left ours in the bag, in the fridge overnight and the resulting Butter Chicken was delicious. This company's curry packs are great. It's just a shame their Staff let the Company down by not responding to questions. Sadly this ruins what could be a fabulous company. Their lack of interest places them in the same bracket as thousands of other online companies who never reply to any form of contact. I won't be purchasing again as there are plenty more cheaper options to try and maybe find one who values it's customers.
