I can personally vouch for TCC and say they did a thorough job from start to finish in helping me tackle the daunting job of applying for CQC registration. It was very smooth and turnaround time for replies were almost always 24-48 hours. As a regular NHS GP, experience with engaging with CQC has been limited. As this was our first time going through a CQC application, it could at times feel like a stressful and unfamiliar process. The team were always on hand to answer questions, provide reassurance and give clear, practical advice on what we needed to do next.

Our service is also quite different from a traditional dental practice, and they took the time to properly understand our model, how we planned to operate and what that meant from a CQC perspective. Their advice was tailored to our service rather than taking a generic approach, which was particularly valuable when putting our application and supporting information together.

They were always quick to respond and happy to answer the many questions we had along the way. When things didn’t go exactly to plan, they were also very helpful in advising us on how best to respond and communicate with the CQC.
