The customer service here is outstanding. Jeannette ended up helping me out and she is an amazing employee. She is really sweet and helps you with your needs. She goes far beyond with helping you out. I came mad about my situation. But ended up leaving relieved knowing that I'm getting taken care of. I'll be coming here more often for any problems that occured. Would highly recommend if you are having any issues.

Honestly, one of the least favorite things to have to take care of is anything revolving taxes. Its usually been a hassle but its nice to have found someone who makes it simple.

I paid Ultimate Tax Group nearly $10,000, and after more than a year, the actual tax work I hired them to complete was still not done.

I repeatedly had to chase them for updates, went through multiple case managers, and eventually had to hire another tax professional to actually get the work completed.

The worst part is that when I finally requested my money back, they completely ghosted me. I sent a formal refund request and then a follow-up giving them another opportunity to respond. No response at all.

So from my perspective, I'm basically out almost $10,000 and still had to hire someone else to do the work.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before giving Ultimate Tax Group your money.

Great experience with them. They fixed an ongoing issue I had with an employer for form 1099 and actually ended up saving me thousands for my next tax return. Ultimate tax group is the real deal

What made my experience great was the simple fact that you were able to pick up the phone dial and someone picked up on the other end. Now of days you cant find service with a human. For me this is huge. I for sure will be using them for next years tax prep. I would recommend them to anyone I care about and want them to get what they pay for.

Chris Morris was phenomenal from day one continual contact and handling exactly as promised very easy process.

Not reliable at all. Charged me $4000 upfront but didn’t help me at all. Lits if phone calls made after payment. No help was given. Very very very unreliable!!! Dont use.

I didn’t recommend nobody ultimate tax group. They didn’t have a good service. Please do not trust.

I called Ultimate Tax Relief and They asked me questions about my situation. They sent me paperwork to fill out showing We could'nt pay the IRS back, sent paperwork back and only one week later they called me and our situation was taken care of. This Company is efficient, honest, and they keep in touch with you and tell you the progress they are making. I would highly recommend this company to all.
