Just received my order. The grey underwear looks nothing like in the pictures and adverts. They are really see through. So overpriced. Not worth it!

Absolutely love these knickers! Bought some a few weeks ago to try and have already reordered. I like a high waisted brief and these are great - just the right amount of fabric and not too mumsy!

Beautiful and super comfy

I made an order a week ago and still have no news about the parcel or any answers from the company. I am going to cancel the payment right now, and I advise to not buy with them.

I reviewed in September 2025 to say how annoying it is to finally find a good fitting Cheeky and to be told that sizes XL and Xxl in any colour are out of stock 6 months. Now been nearly a year. Why do you keep advertising all sizes when you clearly have NO intention of stocking XL or XXL in cheeky in any colour! Just say you don’t stock those sizes any more. Stop saying you are waiting for stock and stop telling me you can offer me a different style in XL when it’s the cheeky I want

Ordered a gift from Underdays before Christmas - the tracking displayed it delivered to a different building in my area but one I can't access.

Queried this through their WhatsApp AI - and it has been telling me to wait for weeks. Cant find another way to contact them. Huge mess around.

Love these pants. I’ve bought them for all my daughters as well as replacing my own knicker drawer with them! Cannot recommend them more highly.

Wonderful knickers, excellent customer service! I had seen a few adverts for Underdays before I decided to place an order. I’m so glad I did! The material feels lovely, the colours are pretty, and the fit is fabulous. I also like that they make several styles, to fit a wide range of preference and size. The size guidance is also accurate - the medium size recommended fits me perfectly. Every time I order, I add another pair - I’ve gone from an order for two pairs, to three, and now to four! The packaging is compact, (fits through the letter box) easy to recycle, and the shipping is very quick. So far, I am impressed.

Bought these as a gift and now they are my wife's favorite

I ordered 3 work out thongs. 2 in green and one in black.
Only 2 thongs were delivered.
I immediately sent a message and photo to Underdays assuming it had been a packing error (I also double checked my order)
Underdays took a while to get back to me and concluded that the items were packed correctly.
I haven't had an apology, I haven't had a refund for the missing item and I haven't had a response on if they will sent me the item that is missing.
Quality of product is ok, I thought it would be thicker material, not sure how long they will last

Bought some a year ago xx going away so bought the week set x love them so much got daughter in laws some for their stockings this Christmas .. they love them too x

Best underwear and great customer service

I absolutely love underdays underwear. I have 6 underwear and 2 tank tops. I have worn them to work, to run half marathons, workout in. They are so comfortable and so soft. Please do not hesitate to purchase!
