Delivery was fast
Delivery was fast, I love my new shelving unit it’s perfect for my room. I had been a bit nervous of ordering as I’d focussed on the couple of reviews that had reported problems with delivery but I’m glad I went ahead as I couldn’t fault the service I’ve received and would definitely order again… thank you Urban Mill 😊

AWFUL COMPANY! AVOID!

Extremely dissatisfied! My product never arrived, and after a month with no communication, I attempted to reach out with no success.
It was only after initiating a refund through my bank that I finally heard back from them, offering a substitute product since the one I originally ordered wasn't even in stock (despite offering next-day shipping).
After nearly two months, I've ultimately secured a refund from my bank.
The service was terrible!

No dispatch, no reply to emails.
Ordered an in-stock item on the 15th of April, with 3-5 working day delivery. Have never received a dispatch notification, and I’ve been emailing them weekly ever since, with no reply. The item is still showing as in- stock.
Will be starting a claim via my bank to get my £200 back after the bank holiday!

They delivered 2 x broken units and refused to collect them. I'm now left with >100kg of effectively fly tip material that will cost me a fortune to arrange disposal of.

Excellent quality and value for money
We bought a white 600mm display cabinet. The construction is solid, and much simpler than the average flat-pack purchase. Arrived on time, instructions were easy to follow and the hanging mechanism was simple and practical. Installed it in an alcove with an LED lighting strip around it and it looks magnificent. It was a really good buy.
