Good design & delivery, relatively poor assembly and construction quality.
While the Design and delivery was good, the assembly process/instructions were quite poorly thought out unfortunately and quite a few things on the desk are misaligned (ie: drawer doors).
It is a shame as the design is very neat but if one is to look closely, it would notice that the construction quality is not as good as it should be.

Delivery was quick and easy. The desk and bookcase were easy to assemble and both look great in our home-office. Really solid looking pieces of furniture which I was not expecting at that price!

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a desk I had ordered for my son’s bedroom. A key part was damaged, probably via delivery. The team quickly resolved the issue. I would recommend Urban Mill and I will buy from them again. The desk is also very good value for money. Sturdy and made from good quality materials.
