Like nearly everyone else here, placed order, paid for next day and...... nothing.
No confirmation email.
Rang them, whatsapped them, emailed them.....nothing.
Ten days later, I got in touch with my bank and they told me the company is dormant but somebody is still taking the money so they've cancelled my card.
Bit of an inconvenience but better safe than sorry.
Wish I'd looked them up on Trustpilot first.

Do not buy from these scammers. They hardly reply. Been asking for a refund for 3 weeks. Every customer is going through same issue and not receiving order. AVOID

I paid for my order and received absolutely nothing — not even an order confirmation. I have contacted the company by email and WhatsApp several times, and they have completely ignored me.

They took my money and then disappeared. No response, no update, no refund and no explanation.

This is absolutely unacceptable. A company that takes payment and then refuses to communicate with its customer should not be trusted.

I strongly advise everyone to think twice before ordering from The Vapor. I regret placing my order

If I could leave zero stars I would...this company is absolutely shocking. When you order, there is no confirmation that the order has been received or paid for. There's an option to WhatsApp them so I did, but was ignored and then given abrupt, vague responses that did not solve my problem. I mistakenly ordered from them again because I couldn't find my usual vape juice anywhere else. I'd forgotten how awful they were the first time. It's been a week, they've taken my money, haven't sent me the juice and appear to have blocked me on WhatsApp when I have very politely requested an estimated delivery time. Do not ever use this company.. .you will regret it

After placing my order, I received nothing other than the payment confirmation. There were no updates, no dispatch notification, and no communication despite me contacting them several times via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and their online support.

I finally received a response after I informed them that I had reported the matter to Trading Standards. I was told that the item I’d ordered was unavailable and that I would receive a refund. However, I’m still waiting for that refund.

The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to chase a company repeatedly just to find out what’s happening with their order. Based on my experience, and many others I have seen on trust pilot, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this business.

Same as everyone else, go to place order, captures payment and refuses to refund. Have multiple screenshots of them admitting their website is facing "technical difficulties" and still refusing to refund. Will be forwarding screenshots to trading standards

Do not make any purchases order with this company! The website needs to be removed to avoid more people making purchases and getting nothing! No email confirmation of order no items delivered no response to emails sent! Having to claim
My money back from my bank

Total scam!!! I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for any response, no order and no sign of a refund. Absolute joke.

Don't buy. Never received any confirmation of order. Took money. Never received my order. Plenty of messages later I finally got a refund after saying I would report them. They admitted it had not even been processed or sent. It was almost 2 weeks. Don't waste time or money

Didn’t receive confirmation order. Paid for next day delivery. Didn’t come. Issued refund only after chasing them asking if the order was issued. At least they are refunding me I guess

Shocking. As many others have stated, I made an order online and they took my money, but no order received! No reply to either messages or emails. Tantamount to theft. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Ten days after placing my order, I haven’t received either a confirmation or a tracking number. They don’t respond to emails.

Still awaiting delivery of my order, even though site says 24hr tracked. have had no confirmation or delivery notifications, have sent proof of receipt via WhatsApp and email and still had no response from either.

i ordered my goods, no shipping details, no message, no email, NOTHING. tried getting in contact with them numerous times. NOTHING.

Terrible no correspondence took money and no goods deliveredessaged multiple times and now messages not going through dont buy from this site waste of time and money gone through bank recalled money as a scam good not recieved
