Incredibly friendly, thoughtful and lovely service from Rachel. She was very quick to understand our needs for an ideal venue, contact several venues in the Belfast area, and come back with ample information about each venue. We had so many to choose from! What's more, Rachel coordinated an entire day of bookings for us at the last minute and on a tight schedule due to an evening flight on the same day bookings are taking place. I would 1000% recommend Rachel and her services to anyone in the need of a fabulous Belfast venue, with even better customer service along the entire journey!

As part of a company that currently use and have been using The Venue Hunters since 2020, and personally interacting with her on an almost weekly basis for our accommodation needs, I cannot recommend Rachel and her services enough. We always require many sites in both professional hire and accommodative capacities and in the majority of all cases this had to be very short-notice due to the nature of our business and Rachel has always provided the very best sites for our needs and going even further to provide for yet more last-minute changes we have to make! It's a real pleasure to work with her and the fact that she can so efficiently cater to the needs of such a rapidly moving business such as ours is a testament to her expertise and professionalism. I would highly recommend Rachel and her services. I was looking for accommodation for a family weekend to celebrate a big birthday. I was having great difficulty as I required accommodation for 10 adults and 6 children. As we were planning on spending all our time at the accommodation we needed plenty of space both inside and outside. We also needed to be about an hour from Belfast. I really wasn't expecting Rachel to find something that would fulfil all these requirements, but how wrong was I. Rachel found us the most amazing house with unbelievable space both inside and outside. My nephew summed it up the best when he said wow as soon as he stepped into it. An added bonus it was so much cheaper than anything I had seen.
