It was a wonderful experience of doing ICH with Apurva. I had done inner child healing with Apu before but this was very intensive and was very much needed for me to reinforce the learnings and patterns into my sub-conscious mind. All the exercises were very powerful to get more clarity about our goals and intentions. Thank you so much Apu.

Biggest takeaway from Day One: It was a bulb-on moment for me to realize that my behavior with others has always been a reflection of how my parents behaved with me and how I felt about them, both in a positive & negative manner. I realized it's so crucial to halt at junctures of life and re-program what we tell ourselves that massively impacts everything we perceive and act on in the conscious world. Top 3-Positive changes: (1) Felt calmer & edified throughout the session, especially while going through the visualization drills and going through the various questions at the end of the session (the 1-hour drill) (2) Got some idea of how I need to respond to my anxious inner voice each day while going through the entrepreneurial journey. (3) I was able to change my response towards my daughter's failures (she had just got her standard four mid-term exam scores and also didn't get selected for a school competition), the same night, and, was able to give her and my wife loads of positive feeling. Gratitude to Apurva for taking me through this journey of massive realization and transformation with the pious intention of serving wholeheartedly. I strongly believe this workshop must reach the maximum number of people, especially the parents who are almost 100% responsible for building the future leaders who will change the course of this planet, yet, sadly enough, they don't exactly realize the potential they have to do so; Inner-Child Healing Intensive Program is going to be game changer in our society.
