I ordered from the Worldwide Wardrobe and never received the ordered. I chatted with customers service one time. The company insisted the package was delivered but was not. Lastly this company wanted me to send an additional 15$ to receive another delivery. Any company that advertise Worldwide wardrobe is a scam. This company sometime advertise under outlet stores. They also advertised on Facebook. That's how they stole my money.

A bit disappointed because I've ordered from them in the past and no issues.Ive placed an order on 10th April still haven't received my order,I've emailed twice no response and no number to contact them which is annoying.

The 2nd time in the past month where I have ordered something and it hasn't shown up. There is no customer service contact centre and the only way of communication is through email. I have emailed and haven't received any response in weeks. Looks like going down the route of a claw back from the bank.

I have ordered from here at least 8 times with no problems all been really good. I ordered on the 5th feb for a 5-7 day tracked delivery. Just tracked & hasn't even left the shop yet, emailed 3 times on separate days no response 🙃 really annoying considering it was for a gift for this Friday!!!!!!

Mystery box not worth it at all

Took over 2 weeks for my delivery to arrive. One of the items ordered was the wrong colour, didn't bother complaining or returning because the customer service is absolutely atrocious! Poor quality, one of the tracksuits bobbled after one wash. Guess you get what you pay for.. Will be saving my money next time and shopping elsewhere.

Terrible company orders £80 worth of items for 3 day delivery over a month later no delivery tried there customer service no response at all
Wouldn't buy from here again as its basically just theft with no real way to claim your money back

Items never received and took a long time to receive refund

Customer service is absent. After a few emails I got a copy-paste response with information that I knew already. Untrustworthy

They charged me for special delivery at £9 then didn’t deliver for 11 days and the quality of the tops was rubbish

Avoid this DIDNT get my product that I ordered absolute joke.

Wasn't happy at all got about 7 lanyards and 5 lighters terrible mystery box especially since it had nothing but lanyards and a trainer wipe I could of had for free myself

AVOID! Ordered mystery football shirts for two day delivery for a birthday. Parcel never arrived and no reply from retailer email and no phone number to reach them on. Eventually got a reply over a week later saying now shipped. Again never arrived with no initial reply when chased. Requested refund. No reply. Had to raise as a dispute with my bank. Chased again with retailer and told I had been refunded but nothing in account and when I asked for evidence of the refund they went silent. Eventually my bank sorted and got me the refund. No comms or apologies from retailer. All very stressful and disappointing for me and my son with his hard earned money to buy football shirts for his mates for a birthday party. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Asked for no English teams and received Sheffield Wednesday. Communication isn't the best when asking how long top would take.
