Although the delivery was quick, the expanding bracelet on the watch is much too big and the company has refused to help. I have found it difficult to find a shop who can alter it. Would never use this company again.
Purchased a watch (shown as "1 in stock") through their online store, paid by credit card. Also got the order confirmation email stating the watch will be sent shortly. After not hearing back a few days, I asked for a status update. This is when they told me the watch was already sold but that they were able to source another one. However, the new watch was now 63000 yen more expensive.
I do not understand how this company can expect customers that already purchased and paid for a watch pay an even higher price for the same product that was shown as "in stock".
This was a very bad experience and I will definitely not buy any other products from this shop. There are great alternatives in Japan and even in the same mall in Nakano.
Would be zero if there was an option. Travelled in from Aksaka today only to find watches advertised are not actually available - they told me they will purchase then provide 3 weeks with full payment up front. So dodgy! Purchase a jlc previously from these twits - do not waste your time. Lot better stores available
I ordered a watch on Chrono24, but they did not confirm my order and raised the price. Then they asked me to confirm the increased price. It is not a seller who stands behind his word. If they don't stand behind the price they give, then they won't stand behind the product they sell either.
Excellent customer service, great shipping time and packaging. Reasonable prices. Highly satisfied!
