Eli was absolutely helpful and prompt to provide the updates on delivery of our watch.
Due to ongoing conditions over the world, our order was not delivered. We didn’t only get an update but the issue was resolved rather within minutes all was in place, refund processed and stress free before my travel day.
My concern was order not to be delivered when I am away from home and absolutely satisfied with customer service, can say deliveries are safe and customers are prioritised

Our standard delivery time from Dubai to New Zealand is 1–4 business days via DHL Express, however due to the recent situation in the Middle East, shipments have unfortunately been experiencing delays that are completely beyond our control. I had a genuinely great experience with Eli from The Watches Men. I reached out during a stressful and unexpected financial situation, and although my order had already been dispatched and couldn’t be stopped mid-transit, Eli handled everything with professionalism, understanding, and kindness.

After you contacted us, we immediately offered to resolve the issue by sending a replacement strap at no cost, which was declined.
You then requested a full refund, which we agreed to and confirmed via email along with the return details.
We are currently awaiting the watch to be sent back so we can complete the refund and fully resolve this matter.

Received damaged strap
I had a very bad experience. I bought two watches and both were delivered with damaged straps. I emailed them requesting a strap replacement and asked what options were available, but unfortunately I never received a single reply. Completely unresponsive customer service. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

After receiving your email, we did respond and carefully reviewed the photos and video you provided. The watches were confirmed to be brand new, unused, and NOT defective.
The area shown in your video relates to the vegan strap design, including the quick release and stitching near the lugs.
This is part of the original brand design and manufacturing and is NOT damage.
We also invited you to contact us again if this was not the exact concern so we could review it further.
We remain open to assisting if you believe there is a different issue not shown in the original media.

Website says 2-6 day shipping
Website says 2-6 day shipping. I ordered the watch on the 12th December & never got a tracking number until 29th December & this was from NZ Post!
I emailed Watches men 3 times & messaged via what’s app & never got a reply. I was starting to think I’d been scanned.
Watch did arrive & happy with it. Not happy with lack of communication 🙁

Disappointed the watch took over a…
Disappointed the watch took over a month to arrive. On the order it stated 2 to 6 days delivery.
Apparently it had to come from America, office staff were helpful and kept in communication.
