I received the watch :)
Only purchased a watch from this site as it was the cheapest one i could find. But I was pleasantly suprised with the watch, as it actually looked better in person. The watch was sent from Dubai to Auckland. Received within time frame (10-14 business days).
Only issue I found was the watches box was damaged - but the parcel itself was fine. Which made me feel the supplier themselves damaged
Overall, 5/5 as I was very happy with the watch

HIGHLY recommend
HIGHLY recommend buying from this store. We found the perfect watch for my partners 30th birthday but it was very expensive. After having a bit of a look around online, we came across The Watches Men & Co and found his favourite watch for SO much cheaper. Arrived in perfect condition and quality. Genuine and real, just a much better price. Would definitely buy from here again :-)

The website is easy to use
The website is easy to use. Unfortunately the original watch chosen became sold out. However, customer service has been excellent swift response in regards to purchase. Confirmation provided vi email regarding placement watch. Enquiry responded too. Delivery was quick and well informed.
I brought this for my Partners birthday and has arrived earlier than expected. Birthday not until June so won’t know for sure if it works.
But very impressed with the level of service from Ervin. Good job. Hopefully all works well with the watch.

The watch was faulty
The watch was faulty. It took them months to respond. And they wouldn’t take the watch back without the box. Terrible company. Do not buy from them.

5 Star Service and Style
The selection of watches is amazing. My husband needs a big bold watch and the Diesel ones did not disappoint. I don’t think he’s had a day when someone hasn’t commented on his watch.
Customer service amazing as well. The battery went flat not long after received and they offered to reimburse us the cost. Was cheap enough to replace but very good service to offer. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again especially if you want a watch that gets noticed.

Customer service ghosted me
Bought a watch as a 21st gift for a friend. They firstly thought the transaction was fraudulent, so I had to email them a copy of the statement, then they told me that they would be unable to fulfil the order, and they had the audacity to only offer me store credit or to exchange the item, and not even offer a refund.
To add insult to injury, I emailed them back regarding this demanding a refund and they’ve just ghosted me.
Poor customer service, won’t be buying from here again.

We would like to take this opportunity to respond to the points you have raised as we believe we have given you more than sufficient options in order to satisfy your expectations.
1.) The option of a store credit was offered to you should you consider to ship your order even with issues/defect on the watch's strap noting that on the description of the item on our website, all the relevant information (including defects) are mentioned. This is an option you may or may not accept.
2.) The option of a refund, on the other hand, was also an option offered to you that you may or may not want to accept as we wanted to make sure that you are not locked in to only one option should your experience prove to be dissatisfying.
3.) A Fraud Check is critical to ensure online safety for our customers prior to the shipment of your order. We hope you value this approach as online safety is a priority we cannot disregard.
4.) Due to the high volume of emails we receive, we believe that a delay in response is not ghosting. We always ensure that we respond to every email we receive be it a suggestion, an inquiry, a request, or a complaint. Had there been no "customer service" from our side at all, we would not have reached out to you to offer a store credit or a refund. Furthermore, we have also offered you the option to change your order but, it seems that none of the options we have given you was to your liking.
At this point, we believe we have provided you with more than enough options to consider in order to meet your expectations.

Room for improvement
The box my latest watch came in was damaged, last one I purchased was faulty so haven’t had a great experience so I think a 3 is more than fair.
On a positive the faulty watch was replaced and that watch was fine.

Poor Customer service.
Honestly they allowed me to place my order then emailed me 4 days later that the order was unavailable and heard no response from the company on refunds. Watches looked good so can't rate on that but currently the services from their company are far satisfactory. Would not recommend from this experience.
