A happy belgian says...
I had an issue with my SUP board and, after several phone calls and some back-and-forth communication, the Watersports Centre arranged to send me a new board. I was genuinely pleased with how quickly they resolved the issue once everything was clear.
A special thank you to George, who kept me updated throughout the process and was always helpful and friendly in his communication. Good customer service really makes a difference, especially when you are dealing with an issue after purchasing a product.
I’m very grateful to the Watersports Centre for the way they handled this in the end. It was a very good experience, and I really appreciate the effort they made to find a solution for me.

Warranty
am extremely disappointed with the customer service at The Watersport Center.
A friend of mine purchased a SUP from this store and is now experiencing warranty issues. Despite having all the required documents, proof of purchase, and everything needed to qualify for a valid warranty claim, the store continues to make the process unnecessarily difficult.
Instead of honoring their warranty obligations and helping the customer, they keep creating obstacles and delaying the resolution. This is very frustrating and not what you would expect from a professional watersports retailer.
A warranty should provide peace of mind, not become a battle. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable after-sales service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We genuinely appreciate all feedback, whether positive or negative, as it helps us continue to improve our services, which is extremely important to us.
We completely empathise with how frustrating this situation has been for William, and we'd like to reassure you that we have been in regular communication with him throughout the warranty process.
Unfortunately, this has become a particularly complex warranty case. The board was purchased over a year ago, so the claim falls under JP Australia's manufacturer warranty process. Throughout this process, an additional complication has been that JP Australia are disputing that a two-year manufacturer warranty ever applied to this product, which has made the claim even more difficult to resolve.
We were also extremely disappointed that JP Australia did not agree that this issue qualified as a warranty claim, as we had hoped for a much more straightforward resolution for William. We appreciate how frustrating this has been for him, and we have continued to advocate on his behalf throughout the process.
Although we cannot override the manufacturer's decision, we have not simply left it there. We have continued discussions with JP Australia and offered William two potential solutions to help get him back on the water as quickly as possible. One of these was for us to cover the cost of having the board professionally repaired by a reputable SUP repair specialist local to William in Belgium. We await to hear from William as to whether this is a suitable solution. But please be assured that we will continue working with William to achieve the best possible outcome.
Thank you again for sharing your concerns. We remain committed to supporting William and will continue to do everything we reasonably can to help resolve this matter.

Achtung Zusatzgebühr bei Versand außerhalb von GBNach einer Unstimmigkeit mit der…
Nach einer Unstimmigkeit mit der Zahlung einer Zusatzgebühr an das Logistik Unternehmen und der damit verbundenen Berechnung der Mehrwertsteuer hat das Wassersportzentrum dies schnell aufgeklärt und sich an den Kosten beteilig. Leider sind diese nicht unerheblichen Kosten im Prozess nicht erkennbar.

Paddle board repair
I called in to ask if anyone could help me with a valve problem on my paddle board. I was met by a very friendly lady who asked me inside. I took my board in and was met by George who sorted my problem out without any fuss. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave me good advice. I will not hesitate to call back anytime I need help or advice.
