What can I possibly say about such a wonderful experience. 5 stars doesn’t even com close to telling people how brilliant they company are. Driver was so polite and nothing was too much. We felt like royalty sat in the back seat and had so many people stop and look. Would so recommend

They were very helpful and…
They were very helpful and understanding. My wife who's the mother of the bride and a wheelchair user was concerned about how she would be able to get to the church and reception. We phoned to discuss and the lady on the phone suggested was able to arrange a white London cab, really made her happy 😊

Best way to upgrade your day!
The website is pretty easy to navigate and offers plenty of selection of car(s) - from vintage to modern luxury. I chose the Bramwith Royale and absolutely loved my experience for the big day! Since making the booking, the organisation is very communicative and provide detailed emails confirming your booking and expaining the process ahead. I would suggest to book the car well in advance and not leave it to the last moment, as the cars are really popular and you might not find it available the next day. A huge shout out to our chauffer Tim, dressed and communicated very politely and like a true gentleman. Very happy with the service provided overall.

The car turned up late
The car turned up late, so we didn’t have time for photos. It didn’t have ribbons but the driver did put flowers on the door handles. Interior was dirty the carpet hadn’t been hoovered the seats were split. Also as it was late the groom was late getting to the venue, also because it was late we only had the car for 45 minutes.

Clause 11.3 of our Terms and Conditions asks that reviews reflect our role in the booking process and that feedback about the on-the-day service be directed to the supplier responsible.

They didn't send the correct limo I…
They didn't send the correct limo I ordered. I was disappointed they said they did an upgrade but was a completly different car. As soon as we saw the driver he also said our timinga were wrongly booked when it wasn't and that yhe limo has been 'upgraded: to one o hated. Luckily it didn't cause a massive disruption to the day as everythinh else was amazing. I just wish they sent the limo i wanted and ordered.
